I have been using their service for the past 5 years and they are excellent. I have used Kinkos in the past, but the kind of personal service I got in Cosmic Copies was so amazing, that I have never felt the need to go back to (now) FedEx Kinkos. I would definitely recommend this to every one....the best thing about them is, they are open 7 days a week and when they are closed leave a voice mail, the manager gets back to you promptly and if your need is urgent he will open the shop no matter how late it is to service you and with a small after service fee..now thats the kind of service I love.

DO NOT use this place for the post office. The same package flat rate I ship out from USPS at $5.10, the thief charged me $11.60 and didnt show me the total till he had already run my debit card. I asked the thief what he was doing, his excuse was they dont get any special rates from the post office. BULLCRAP, I will return to Office Depot, they give you the same price the post office does. I am also reporting the THIEF to the USPS. Lets see that they think of the scam artist.

I used Cosmic for a print job. I called and asked if it would be ready to pick up and when I got there they hadnt even started the print job. I waited an hour at the store. Very inefficient and definitely not good customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

friendly staff. On multiple occasions i have dropped of pre paid UPS boxes and, even though they make no money, these guys are readily helping me move the boxes.
