Super disgusted with this company!! Im a start business, I went off of reviews and tried this place out!! At first they were super friendly I even left a great review for the company to help boost promotion. When I got my shirts back , thats when the chaos and headaches began!! As you can see all the logos are not even aligned! The shirts I got were of good quality, I spent about $300 for everything, they were not even trying to fix the damages done. They said I was mistaken and their fine but you can see clearly in the pictures the logos are not aligned like the tag on the collar or the Nike check! I wasted a month of time , I was trying to have team shirts made and completed by the end of November ! VERY POOR QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERPRICED!! IM NOT EVEN GOING TO WASTE MY TIME WITH TAKING THIS A STEP FURTHER , GOD KNOWS BEST AND HOW TO HANDLE BEST !!! BUT I WOULDNT ADVISE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

One of my business partners was traveling from Europe and forgot his business cards, I called AlphaGraphics on Thursday afternoon to get business cards done for same day on Friday. Spoke to Ali, without any hesitating took the order asked me to send her the file for the business cards which I did. On Friday morning I forwarded the file to her by email and she followed up by calling me by 0900 hrs. gave her mi CC details, and business cards were ready by 10 am. Business cards, invoice and receipt were ready, it took me less than a minute to pick up. Great attention to detail, excellent customer service. look forward to move my printing needs there.

I ordered a box of 250 business cards in the morning, the day before leaving on a business trip. When I picked them up in the evening there was a graphical error on my cards that had not been noticed by the printers. My sales consultant, Mike Grimes, was able to rectify the problem quickly, printing me a re-run within the hour to ensure I was ready for my trip. When problems occur it is refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you Mike and Alphagraphics :)

Excellent client service. Finished product was exactly what I was hoping for and better; Tomball Art League Directory overwhelmed the membership, and the excellent reproduction certainly was an important factor. In fact, I am so pleased, I will stop here first with any printing needs in the future. Pricing is very fair, but the ability to finally find a printer we can have a relationship with is an added bonus to our art league
