I went in in order to print and bind 20 modules from a drive that I brought in and the work that I request was not what I asked for at all. I brought in one of the three binders that I had already done on my own and showed Jasmine the binder so that she could see exactly how I wanted the modules on the drive done and I went over the binder that I had brought in with her, showing her how I wanted it done pointing out the clear front sheet and black matte back. I also went through the drive with her and clarified that I wanted it printed out exactly as it appeared, which was six slides per page, black and white and double sided. What I got was the first four modules done as I requested with six slides per page and the other sixteen printed with one slide per page and one of them wasnt double sided. That the first four were done properly and the rest werent makes me think someone started this project and someone else finished it. Jasmine did later call me to ask if I wanted web links or gifs printed as well and I told her that I did not but she did not ask me why the first four giant module binders were being done in a way that the others werent or say, why the pages she was printing for me were six times as many as the original estimate she gave me. I have disputed this claim and received nothing but blame on my end from Jasmine instead of solutions. What I want is this done properly with a refund and then I would be more than happy to pay for the work I requested. With the unprofessional manner in which I have been blamed for not being clear I have decided to write this review. When I speak to others about work that I need done I always make a point to be so clear as to not cause confusion. Maybe she simply forgot what I told her or didnt tell whoever did this project for me. Regardless, if she didnt understand the binder that I brought in to show her how I wanted it then she should have asked me because clearly there has been a mistake on UPS end.

I am seriously SO surprised that this location doesnt have a 5/5 star rating! From the moment I walked in today their customer service was phenomenal! The assistant manager Roderick was amazing! I think he could tell that I seemed a little lost on where to go. He helped me find the correct size box, I had two and he was so kind to grab one and help me carry it over to where he was going to package it up. He was very professional and seemed genuine! I have never used FedEx before so to say that it was a wonderful first impression would be an understatement. I will only be using this place moving forward with any of my shipping needs! I literally thought while in the store, "When I leave here I am definitely going to write a positive review!" Thank you Roderick and the rest of the FedEx team; a simple gesture truly goes a long way in the world.

these idiots work for fed ex, i went to ship a package to Canada and the man told me it would be cheaper if i sent it in one of their boxes, even thou it was already packaged and ready to send. he wanted me to put it in a larger ,triangular box. It was a tube package and he wanted me to put it in a larger triangle box. Then he quoted me a price for 118$ to ship in 2 days.. i went down the street to another fed ex branch and sent to the same address 18$. That Chinese guy is stupid. wtf. thanks for wasting my time. I hope you see this you idiot

This place is a breath of fresh air. I got to FedEx with a case to be shipped via FedEx Ground approximately five minutes before the Ground shipments would be leaving. Steve went above and beyond helping to package and process the order at blazing speed. He saved me from having to ship 2-Day or Express at considerably higher cost. Highly professional and super courteous. 5 stars and then some.

She patiently listened and offered to alter the dimensions of my photo to make it perfect. Terrible customer service. The lady that works in the morning moves at -2mph. Zero effort to help me print a label. A label. Walked out. Didnt need her attitude. Have never had this issue with UPS. Unfortunately its a prepaid label that Im using today otherwise never wouldve come. A bad reflection on FedEx.

Went with my fiancé to get our invitations done at this location and we could not figure out the correct sizing for our cards, luckily Monique was working today and shes honestly the most patient person Ive ever met. She gave amazing customer service, definitely will be coming back for her services.

I needed to ship something overnight and they quote me $120. I thought it was too high and I went to try in another location and they charge me $69 for the same service. I dont know what was that about because even online the price (filled with the correct size and weight) was just $70.

Totally screwed up our wedding invitations...they took the wrong order on the first stop there...gave us half an order...then on the second stop, the print was very faded...my fault for not checking and my fault for assuming theyd do a quality job...Id give zero stars if possible

Went to ship a small package but they were all out of their smallest boxes. Asked the guy on the floor, Steve, if they had any more. He said they were out but if wed give him a minute or two he could make us one from another box. He definitely went above and beyond to help us!

The service I received from this location was absolutely fantastic. I went in a little bit early, at about 8:45am with a USB drive, an address, and a Fedex account number. Within 3 minutes I was out of the store on my way.

Steve is awesome, the rest of the employees are all super rude and god awfully slow, not sure why it says people spend "20" minutes in here, every time I come its 40 minutes to an hour.
