Camera repair is non-exist - they call you to get credit card approval to make the charge and then you never hear from them again. Ever. I had to contact Olympus myself to confirm they received my camera and that repairs were actually made to it. I called numerous times to check status on the repair and never received any information while on the phone and never recived a return call. Dropped the camera off to Photo Source on July 7/25/2011 and it is January 17, 2012 and my camera is doing the exact same thing it did when it was dropped off. When I took it back to PhotoSource no one, but Eddie could help me, who does not ever return telephone calls. After speaking with Olympus today, I am going to pick it back up and send it in to Olympus myself and cut Photo Source out of the process. After more than 6 months and almost $400 later, my camera still does not work and there is not telling the amount of time I have spent on this matter.

As good as it gets. The best customer experience I have had in a long time. I live in Louisiana and googled a print company that would print a panorama. Photo Source knocked it out of the park with this one. Cheaper than anyone in town or remotely local, the print shipped and was in my hand in two days, and the quality of the print exceeded my expectations. I didnt know my length but I knew my height and they figured out the rest. Perfect proportion. It turned out to be 10" x 98". I wish I could add a few photos. The black is truly truly black. I was worried about that. Went with pearl paper stock. You will not be disappointed if you decide to print Apollo Moon landing panoramas or pictures. Im sure they can do anything you send them. Very good customer service.

These guys are great. They restored a picture from WWII of the ship my father was on & they were transporting a man from one ship to another. I didnt think there would be any possible way to see clear but they did a fantastic job. They also took 2 separate photos of my son at his home playing the guitar with his dog looking up at him & my husband at our home playing the harmonica with our dog looking up at him & connected the 2 & looks like they were both in the same room. Remarkable & wonderful picture & beyond special because our son died in 2005 & we are in awe of the GREAT job they did. Forever grateful! Thanks for all your help and a job well done. I will not go anywhere else! I would rate you guys a 10 if I could!

Top-notch service and top-notch results with the guys (and gals) at PhotoSource. Ive used them for printing custom photos for clients. Everything from small 8x10, plaques/specialty mountings and poster size canvas specialty print (gift for my mom no less). I cant trust any of the so-called "discount" places with delivering this quality...plus PhotoSources pricing is extremely competitive. On several occasions theyve actually called me to make suggestions on edits to help the photo print better...as a photographer I GREATLY appreciate that. They are definitely looking out for their customers. Highly recommend them.

The Photo Sourse folks were friendly and helpful, however the camera repair portion of the store is awful. I dropped of my camera for a simple diagnostic and repair (ended up needing a new processor board). and it took 5 months. probably 10 phone calls unreturned with no explaination. This guy is a third party and should be fired by Photo Source. I gave him a chance to make it right but he took no responsibility. He is never there at the store and has an assistantI that has no clue about anything he is doing. I would think twice before leaving your camer there. I know I will never return to the store.

These folks are fantastic. Extremely courteous and helpful, and are extremely good about returning phone calls and emails if you leave a message. Ive printed a couple of photos on metal for gifts and asked for some advice (I have very little experience with photography) on what would be my best options to get the best looking gift and I havent been disappointed with the results. Ill recommend this business to anyone I talk to and will continue to give them all of my printing business.

PhotoSource did a great job transforming my videos from cassettes to a digital format, the order was ready in a week, right on time, and this was not cheap. My advice would be: read and understand the prices well before placing the order to avoid unnecessary surprise.

Got there after they closed and they ran out to let us know they were there and cheerfully sold us the special film my son needed for a photo walk that night. They gained a customer and referrals.
