AlphaGraphics Katy travelled the longest distance to my fathers 70th high school reunion. Lars Gustafson personalized coffee mugs with a photo of Meriden High School, Meriden, CT (on both sides for righties or lefties) and shipped them in individual customized packaging to Dads high school buddys address in CT. Dad planned the reunion for about 30 remaining classmates. They are a tough bunch of survivors of the "greatest generation". The former quarterback is a veteran of three wars. A cheerleader told Dad she voted for him for Most Handsome in HS, and he replied, "So did I, and I got two votes." They are a sharp bunch and there was only one wheelchair among them. The class of 1942 LOVED their souvenir mugs. Dad brought one back to me, still packaged for the trip back to Texas. It arrived in perfect condition, and I love it!

Start to finish, an all around fantastic experience. Every person I spoke with was patient and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my special order. The communication with me was quick and thorough, making me feel like my needs were valued and important. I tried to use this location to print invitations, and other paper items I will need for my wedding and my company. I never did receive a response from the lady who worked the front office. Also there company seem to be very prejudice. Since I was with my wedding planner who is African American, they seem to not want to work with us. I also manage and own several companies, in which I would have like to use them for our business. DO NOT USE THEM... it may not be worth it.

Each time I have brought a dilemma to them they always have a perfect solution. I really appreciate Lars and his staff as a great printer but Alpha Graphics has brought so much more to help me accomplish all my office needs.
