They overcharge for Everything! I was charged $5.00 to scan and email 5 pages! And the one blond lady in the front that always helps does not tell you what it costs until she is done doing the task that you ask to be done, which I find very rude. So she just does it and is like well yea that will be $$$$$$ I would go to a different ups store because they are individually owned and clearly this one like to overcharge people for the most simplist of tasks. Will never go back there again

Extremely expensive shipping, $25.00 to send an envelope with a letter 3 day mail, couldnt weigh more than 1-2 ounces total, shipping to Oregon, cheaper to go to the post office 15 miles away in the woodlands for $5.60.

Great service. Ive had a mail box here for years and theyre very accommodating. Ive received the most packages out of any customer and the staff has always been willing to handle all my special needs.
