Efficient, affordable, professional & friendly staff! Definitely got a much better deal here to get my wedding save the dates printed compared other places in town. It took a couple trips and several proofs to get the colors I wanted, but Andre was very patient and helpful. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I found out they re-calibrate their printers everyday, so if you get something printed in color one day & then more copies the next, the colors may not match exactly, but if you get the job done all at once youre safe. Luckily he was able to get mine right & printed & cut them in less than 30 minutes & Im happy with the results! Oh did I mention the price is great :)

The services here are great... The staff is the WORST! I have come here for a good 3 years and each time is a different experience. Im usually printing a portfolio and its usually 50 pages long or so. Ive paid $25 once and other times they tried to charge me $75 for the SAME portfolio. I assumed if I print in bulk they would help you out on price... I was wrong. They wanted to charge me $500 for the same exact portfolio to be printed 10 times. These prices are stupid high and not worth it! If they all learned a few tips on customer service and not try to screw over college students, itd be worth it! But as of right now, Id avoid this place!

I sent a quote to CopyDotCom on Friday morning and quickly received a response from Steve (President) in regards to my request. He price matched a competitor in the area and was able to provide a turnaround time on a job of 8,000 color and cut copies in less than a couple hours. The staff was friendly and I was in and out with what I needed in 5 minutes. I will definitely be using their services in the future. You wont be disappointed.

This shop is GREAT. Im a professional graphic designer and its a good fit for my needs while still providing the service and support for the general public and all those desktop publisher cowboys out there. Ive printed invitations, flyers, stickers, business cards, oversize prints, you name it here. They all turned out as expected in a reasonable amount of time for a fair amount of cash.Thanks guys! Love this place much more than its corporate competitors. Their service is great, they support the community and they have really quick turnaround times on print jobs. I use them all the time! Ive turned to them when Im under a deadline and they dont bat an eye. I did attempt to have something offset printed here once and it didnt work out. But for anything digital, large or small, I choose Copy dot com.

I have printed 2 sets of invitations here and they are awesome to work with! They send me a quick quote, I forward the artwork, then they print it as soon as I can make it in to proof. The printing quality is top notch, the invitations look fantastic. Also, the price totally beats other invitation printing companies. Would highly recommend this place to someone looking to print from etsy.

Great place; its something I always wished for. I had to print some documents for my 10:30AM appointment at the Houston Passport Agency. I came in and got what I needed, paid for it, and done. The staff are great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it if you need to print anything. They do it all, and will even help you make it look better or if you just dont know how to do it.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and great service. Had an awkward size 300+ page copy job that could have easily been over $200, but staff gave me less expensive option and although it was a self service option they used their machine to use the automatic feeder. A nightmare job of manual copying was a 30 minute and less than $40. Definitely recommend! And open until 9pm!

The only place Ive been able to find where you can use high-end machines to do high-volume copying, printing, AND scanning at whatever quality level you need. Staff seems highly competent at graphic design and typesetting too. If you need access to big-company level paper handling, forget the others and come here first!

After I made the mistake of going to Kinkos I came here and Jeff got me in and out with 250 cut flyers in less than 45 minutes. Personable, knowledgeable, helpful. And their equipment is top notch. What else could you ask for? Very cool place.

First time, great service. Second time, I may as well have sat in the parking lot with a box of crayons and done it all by hand. In the end I paid way too much and went to Office Depot to get it finished. What a waste of time!

Im kind of disappointed on how much it cost to print 9 pgs but I would probably go back. It was a little confusing trying to figure out what station to go to but the staff were extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly.

Overpriced!! They Charged 1.23 for one physical cut if that isnt upsurd I dont know what is, they chargered me 60$$$ to cut 8 pages of paper looool
