I paid for a sign to be made from this location in April 2016. The sign purchased kept damaging my pictures placed on the sign. i was charged more to correct one of the pictures made by them on the sign. The staff made 3 replacements with same problem and kept given me run around. I had to cancel many vending events because of it. The staff never returned my phone calls and even hung the phone up on me. Therefore, I had to drive there numerous times. I remained professional and wanted a refund and still was given a hard time for a refund. Six months later, on Ocotber 14,2016 I finally got my refund. They appear to be nice, but customer service and how they treat me as customer is the worst I have ever encountered. Not even worth a 1 star
