I just got back from this UPS Store in utter shock. Rarely have I encountered horrible service like this. I needed to ship my marriage certificate to GA for apostille so I can change my Ukrainian passport to my married name and be able to return back to the US without problems. So this was a very sensitive shipment, very urgent, and I was trying to make sure everything was correct as mistakes would be costly. The young girl who was helping me was obviously new and had no idea what she was doing: she couldnt figure out how to select UPS next Day air and kept giving me pricing for UPS ground, she didnt know how to include a return envelope so I could get my marriage certificate back. The african-american lady who was her supervisor was busy with something else but kept yelling over telling her what to do. She asked another girl to help, but the girl was on the phone and literally said in front of the cutomers "I cant, Im talking to my mom". I was getting agitated since this shipment couldnt be screwed up and it seemed like the girl wasnt qualified enough to process it. Finally the supervisor lady came over and told me to put my documents in the envelope. I tried to ask a question about a printed air bill because the GA office wouldnt accept handwritten ones and she just yelled at me "dont you see the printed slip?!!" I was shocked, I was just trying to ask a question because the GA office was very specific and I wanted to get it right. Finally they took my stuff and gave me the paperwork. I stood there trying to read through it and see that everything was correct, and the supervisor lady yelled to the young girl "Just give her the paperwork and leave her alone and if she has any questions she can ask them". I had NEVER been so disrespected. I came home shaking and in tears, unsure about the correctness and safety of my shipment. I paid 50 dollars to be yelled at and left alone to figure things out after one incompetent an one offensively rude UPS worker handled my super sensitive and super urgent shipment. I am never going back to UPS, its FedEx from now on.

Lost my expensive package. I dropped it off with the UPS label already applied. They scanned it in. It was never picked up by the truck or scanned anywhere else. The part that really upsets me is the staff simply refused to look for it. They wouldnt look around at the hundreds of boxes littering the area behind the counter to see if my package was among them. They were polite in their refusal, but clearly could not have cared less that they misplaced my package in their store. I had to take the issue to UPS, who also agreed that the package was scanned into the store but never left the store. Incidentally, this store does not answer their phone, so any discussion with them about the package they lost must be done in person after waiting in a nice long line. I will be sticking with the post office from now on.

Beware!! Incredibly rude people work in this store. I went in yesterday (12/27) with two large boxes to mail. They refused to help me pack the boxes (even for a fee) and told me that I could buy individual sheets of packing ($5) and pack it myself. One employee was much more interested in having a loud conversation a another patron (possibly friend) than helping anyone. I think my frustration was apparent because both the employees literally went to the back of the store and did not come back out for 10 min. I actually left the store (with my two boxes) and went down the street to the FedEx on Washington. It was more expensive to ship my two large boxes, but at least they would sell me packing paper and treat me like a human. I will NEVER go to this UPS again

I live in a neighborhood where mail and package delivery is an iffy proposition; and so have come to rely on having a box at a UPS Store to receive anything thats too important to lose. I have been extremely happy with the service at this store. Maryam and Kausar provide excellent management and have employees that enjoy working for them--hence low to non-existent turnover. They send prompt e-mail notification when something has been delivered for me; and have more-than-adequate hours. Parking is easy and on a stretch of Memorial where I can get other errands accomplished; so having to go to pick up a package is never a waste of time. I highly recommend this store as a place to both receive and send packages and mail.

I cant remember ever leaving a business especially one where you were expecting to be assisted in a retail environment as quickly as I did here. It was apparent that ONE customer was bothersome to the ladies here. One was on the phone (to be fair, no idea if it was business or personal), the other incredibly rude. I decided I would rather just leave than spend another second there. Left and had a perfect experience at the Waugh location. Both Andy Suarez and the other young lady were equally pleasant, helpful and efficient with my package as well as the several others ahead and around me. Will make this my first stop every time.

The UPS Store, on Memorial Drive near Shepard, is both owned and staffed by the some of the most wonderful, as well as helpful, folks Ive encountered! Many of my major services are located among this particular strip malls "suites of brick and mortar" ... eye doctor, dentist, mail drop, Starbucks ... with my banking locations immediately on the north side of Memorial Drive & my dry cleaner very close by, as well... it seems a wonder -to me- that some of these folks have not finally grown weary seeing me arrive almost everyday for one thing, or another ... !!! Highly recommended, this UPS location!

The customer service at this store is TOP NOTCH!!!. I had an international parcel that needed to be sent to London. They gave me all the shipping options. UPS, USPS and DHL. I did not know you could do USPS at the store. They took my package which was a antique vase, packed it carefully in bubble wrap and peanuts. the package arrived safe and sound at the destination on the day they told me it would arrive. Additionally they gave me the reassurance that the service was guaranteed to arrive on time and I would get my money back if it didnt. I am definitely coming back here.

During this past week we went in to ship some presents. While waiting in line they quoted the guy in front of us $50 for a medium box to be shipped ground. It was not a heavy box. He declined and took his business elsewhere. They quoted us $75 to ship our two boxes ground. We were in disbelief and asked if they were sure that was the cheapest rate. They said yes. We said no thank you then the lady said wait, we can do it for $60. Not a very good way to build a fair reputation under the UPS moniker. We went to another UPS Store and shipped both packages for $41.74 total.

I really like this UPS store. Its in my neighborhood and I take everything that I need mailed by UPS to them. They are courteous and helpful. Avery does a really great job and has helped me with some difficult transactions. I feel confident that whatever I send off from there, will make it intact and in a timely manner. Chuck, from UPS, is amazing. He is always in a great mood and takes his job very seriously. All good!
