I almost never give bad reviews, so its saying something if I do. Went here for dessert in the early evening and were really looking forward to it. We ordered 2 fudge sundaes. The lady behind the counter asked if we wanted them large or regular. We stated regular, paid, and took our seat.we waited a good 15 minutes for them to make one. We waited an additional 10 minutes to make the second one. The first sundae was melting so we asked how long the second one would be and the lady behind the counter, gave us a dirty look and said she only rang is up for one. We told her that we ordered two and she asked me to come to the register to pay for the 2nd one. She then asked me if I wanted a small or regular, I found this odd because earlier she asked if we wanted a large or regular. When I asked her about it she told me that wasnt what she said earlier. I asked her just to give me the same size and then paid. The ice cream was simply okay, at best. Over priced for poor quality and terrible customer service. I can find better ice cream parlors for cheaper, youd be better off settling for Blue Bell. Needless say, we wont be returning. In addition: I emailed to the email posted below, and still have yet to receive any response.

Overall: Really well-made ice cream. It was smooth and creamy and fresh. The interior is modern and the servers were friendly and the music had me singing karaoke with jams like "Since Youve Been Gone" and "I Want You Back". **IMPORTANT** Things to know: This is NOT your typical ice cream parlor with flavors like mint chocolate chip and strawberry and chocolate chip cookie dough. No, Cloud 10 has flavors like lavender chocolate and pink peppercorn with strawberries. Now, some people might be annoyed by this if they unknowingly went here thinking it was a run-of-the-mill ice cream joint. So, now you cant claim ignorance and instead you can go to Cloud 10 with confidence and leave feeling like youre on Cloud 9. If you arent the adventurous type and like the classic ice cream flavors, you probably wont enjoy Cloud 10. On a personal note, I appreciated the innovative flavors, but wouldve liked it even more if they had the crazy flavors as well as the originals (e.g. dutch chocolate and rocky road).

This is my favorite ice cream place! They have seasonally rotating flavors that are very unique. At first I was put off by the flavor options, because in my head they wouldnt work well together, but just trust the owner. Hes a genius. My entire understanding of the flavor palate has been changed forever. If you want something that youre almost guaranteed to like, get the c10 banana split (the large is barely more expensive, so get it unless you for sure want a small serving). The vanilla bean sunday is also great. If youre in an adventurous mood, get a few scoops of new flavors to experience. I havent regretted trying anything here yet. Cloud 10 is one of my favorite things about Houston. I am always super excited to bring friends here that have never tried it. If youve never been, you should go! You wont regret it!

I came here for the first time last night. I was pretty excited to try it as Ive heard a lot of people talking about this place lately. I was happy to sample a few of the flavors before deciding what I wanted, they had some pretty unique flavors. I ended up with a scoop of vanilla bean and a scoop of marzipan. Both were so tasty and I was quite pleased with my choice. My friend had a lyche ice cream cake, which looked like a little turtle shell with spots on its back. I wish I had taken a photo of it! Overall I was pleased with my experience but looking at the prices it seems a bit overpriced for ice cream. Id probably choose somewhere else over here for dessert next time.

I heard the hype for months. I finally decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. The ice creams are unlike anything else. Its about time Houston had something more to offer than your average chocolate and vanilla ice creams. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I sampled a couple flavors before choosing the Vietnamese coffee flavor and nutella. My siblings also chose a couple of their specialities. There honestly was not a flavor I did not enjoy. Its a unique ice cream joint with changing specialities. They are constantly coming up with out of this world combos. The best ice cream place Houston has to offer.

If cloud 9 is a state of euphoria, cloud 10 is a state of eating really bad ice cream. The two flavors I tried, lemon mint and red currant marscapone, were both overpowering and the textures were terrible. The marscapone was gummy and the mint was whipped and over-aerated to the point where it melted in moments. The mint in the lemon mint was so strong it had began to to taste like basil, while the marscapone tasted like a strong cream cheese. Definitely not worth the hype and I would not eat there again, especially considering their two smallest servings of ice cream cost me eight dollars.

I have visited Cloud 10 on multiple occasions and have even taken out of town guests here but I have left everytime unimpressed. Dont get me wrong it is delicious ice cream with unique flavors, but half way through the ice cream I put down my spoon because it is just too creamy and sweet. Most recently I had the red currant marscapone, bread and butter, and cafe sua da and they were all good for the first few bites until I just got sick of it. There are definitely better places in Rice Village and for delicious small batch local ice cream I would recommend Fat Cat Creamery in the Heights.

I am an Ice Cream connoisseur and last night i tried this place for the first time. I must say I was extremely satisfied. the flavor choices were unlike anything I had ever heard of (props). The Banana Split was AMAZING, and the caramelized banana was a great touch. The employee that was working 8/14/17 by himself on his 4th day was great, and worked as fast as he could for the rush he had (each order takes a min as the banana split takes a lot of steps). They could have had 2 people working but this young man was great and I will for sure make this place my top 5 ice cream spots.

After all the hyper , I finally gave it a try. Sorry to say but I am disappointed. It might be because it was a week night but the staff was not as helpful as they could be (hello, its an ice-cream shop - smile??). I tried almost all the "unique" flavors they had and finally settled for the banana split since everyone says its the best. To be honest, its unique but you can get the same or better as a flambé at any restaurants. I much prefer Amys ice-cream . Also they wanted to charge me a full-shake for a scoop of the "adult flavor -chef pick". That was just ridiculous.

Got a banana split & a sundae. Both were so sugary you could barely taste anything but that. Its sad when you have to taste the whip cream to get the sugar taste off your mouth. It cost me $18.50 for the two which obviously was not worth the 5 bites we both ate before throwing them in the trash. This is a place that likes to over complicate simple things to justify overcharging you. Both of us were very disappointed and had to drive to another place to satisfy our ice cream hunger.
