I went here actually today with my little sister because she loves Hot Topic but wanted a different store to mix it up and the guy there told us about Box Lunch. So we came here and Ill admit they have cool things from Disney to Harry Potter, but the guy at the cashier tried to guilt trip me as we were paying. He asked if I wanted to donate money for something and when I said no he had a disgusted look and aditude which I first rubbed off and ignored. However, what really got me was that when he finished packing up our clothes he said and I quote, "you didnt donate, but someone else will." That was it and I couldnt handle anymore. Donating is something that shouldnt be mandatory and you shouldnt be treated poorly because you didnt. I will never shop here ever again and if the business told him to say these things then shame on the establishment.

I came into your establishment yesterday with a friend and we instantly loved the concept. So wonderful to see stores giving back and helping those in need. Although the thing that really sealed the deal for our purchases was the AMAZING customer service we received from two young gentlemen at the willow brook location on 9/23/16. I believe they were both named Brandon actually. They were helpful and kind and went above and beyond in helping me find products that i was looking for. I even mentioned a product that i was interested in and they searched it up online for me and found the perfect item on your website. They are exactly what it means to have great customer service and we will be back for sure.

Just loved the store, great customer service, great atmosphere, I just adore this store, but I wish they had a way for me to contact them, that would be great.
