Someone offered to let me sample tea, so I did. It was delicious so I asked what it cost. She told me to come to the counter to find out. I walked over and she opened the container of what I sampled. Had my 1 month old in a stroller, he was getting fussy and I was in a hurry. She opened a container, had me smell it and went into detail about it. She went on for about a minute. I was starting to panic, my son was starting to cry and couldnt be consoled since he needed to be fed. I said "ok, how much?" for the second time, and she wouldnt answer. She continued her sales pitch uninterrupted for another 30 seconds. I cut her off and asked how much again. She gave me answers like "well your looking at quality not price" and "this is the purest". All while never making eye contact but looking out the entrance of the store at people walking by. Then, frustratingly, I said I needed to leave because I was fed up and needed to feed my son, "what is the cost?". She answered and it was INCREDIBLY expensive - I simply couldnt afford it. I told her no thank you and she slammed the lid on the container and walked away without saying a word - with a clear air of I had wasted her precious time. Seriously lady? I asked her from the start what the cost was, and she decided to be deceptive. I could have told you not to waist your breath had you answered my question when I first asked! I was so upset with the way I had been treated. I am a huge tea drinker, but also learned after getting online their teas contain sweeteners or "other/artificial flavors".

Had a very poor experience with this store. Bought an item at the store only to find out they charged me twice! Beware! Check you credit card statement after every purchase made here! They are know for double charging customers!
