Doesnt even deserve the one star. I ordered this for my boyfriend for Valentines Day and it never arrived. I called them the next morning because there was no way of getting ahold of anyone on Valentines Day and was said flat out that they had reached their limit for deliveries which is why mine wasnt delivered. I never received a call or was never notified that my delivery wouldnt be delivered even though I placed my order a month in advance. Fortunately the service on the phone was nice and even after i called back a second time I was reassured it would be delivered. However, it is now 5:00pm and NO delivery. I cannot even believe this. Still no call or notification that it will or will not be delivered. This place will NEVER get my money again.

I ordered a specific arrangement with chocolate covered bananas because they are my moms favorite. I paid $100 and it had NO bananas. Not a single one. I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly and it said 8 chocolate covered bananas. I called the store Friday evening and left a message asking for a return call. No one ever called Saturday. I will be calling again Monday. That is way too much money spent to not get what you received. What poor customer service to not return a phone call from a customer whom youve screwed up their order. So my Mon got an arrangement for her birthday expecting bananas when there wasnt a single one. Thanks for nothing.

My husband ordered me something from here for Mothers day. We called about 4 times and were told different things. At first, they told my husband it was on the vehicle for delivery and would be delivered by 8:30. I called 4 hours later, said it wasnt out yet, but the rude lady URGED me to come pick it up myself. Why would I want to pick up a mothers day gift that my husband had delivered to me?? He called again and they said its on its way...Its 8:30, NOTHING AT ALL. I am completed done and upset that my mothers day surprise was NEVER delivered. We will never use this store again! I will also NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I placed my order yesterday for a 8:30 am pick up. When I arrived a girl named Lilian assisted me. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. My order was 45 minutes later than expected. I had asked Lilian for help putting an arrangement together with a mug and a strawberry cone I purchased and she refused. It took a phone call to corporate to have her help me. I am not usually one to complain. I know we have some bad days but today was just completely unacceptable from customer service.

This is twice this damm bussiness have givin me POOR service, at the woodway location the arrangements was falling apart and the delivery looked like a homeless men. Now my delivery was not deliver at a Pacific time as i requested, again i used to drive for them n believe the owners are doin this just to spite me. I should write to corporate bout the owners n shut them down due to poor service, all I asked was a Pacific time n yet they cant do that, makes me so angry!!!!!!!

Worst service for Mothers Day! Customer service was absolutely terrible. My grandmothers order was a day late. My mother had to call customer service 3 times before the arrangement arrived and it was 3 hours late!! While my mom was on the phone with "acting manager" Lilian, she was very rude to her and was not helpful at all. Definitely stay away from here if youre looking for good customer service and your arrangement to arrive on time.

I called at 10:00 AM on 8/16/17 and talked with Lillian. (she was amazing) My Son had this delicious arrangement on his desk by his lunch hour . I live in FL and she assured me I would be notified every step of the delivery. I was and everything was fresh and yummy .. Thank you Laura
