We were having a great time with our daughter in the store until the checkout process. The cashier ran our card 3 times claiming it didnt go through, in turn freezing our credit card. We then have the supposed manager 1 last shot using another card...Well transaction goes through, even prints a receipt we are walking away and the "manager" calls us back, says he doesnt see the transaction in his system. I didnt know every store checks every transaction (insert sarcasm). He wants to the return and re-ring our items...At this point we are through, told him to just keep the crap. The craziest part of the whole ordeal was our transaction was all of $22, yeah you read that right twenty two dollars. I didnt know Disney was doing so bad financially. SMH

Im in my 20s and the glitter floor always catches my attention and I always run inside! I love this place for the tsum tsum collection. Thanks to a staff member I found out BIG HERO 6, is getting their own TV show. So OHMYGAWD!! More BAYMAX STUFF!! (Dont judge me Im a kid at heart.) The place is well stocked and friendly staff. Overall I say great place to bring the kids! Good luck getting them to leave though. I dont want to leave sometimes.

This is the best Disney Store location in the Houston area! The Woodlands location is so much smaller and doesnt have near the same selection!
