The pros and cons of walmart. I love their automobile section makes it easier to pick up what I want from the back area. The cashier are super friendly. Compare to other department stores their prices are good. So good I found the game system I wanted wii u cheaper than even ebay with warranty from them that fix it and games are better price than gamestop. I gave it a 5 do to amounts of money I have save on this store but with cuponing it would be perfect. Wish more cuponing will be available that is why target is ahead with its cartwheel. The number one aspect I love about this store is online shipping order something online ships for free to the store. I go pick up something many buisnesses lack. The biggest con its even getting inside the store. Its super busy pack parking lot. Wish the streets where made better. But that is a civil engineering problem.

We dropped off our truck at 100 to get a tire balanced. They said it would take a couple of hours. So we walked to go eat and went shopping. No one else ever called me so I went at 300 to go check. Still not done. I came back at 400 and no one knew if it was done or not. I told them to check to see if there was a piece of metal on the rim and was told they couldnt do it because the tire was worn. So I purchased a new tire. I was told it would be next and I would receive a call. Over an hour later I went to go ask if it was ready and was told it was. I questioned him why I was never called and he told me he couldnt call me so I was paged. We never heard anything because we were outside waiting the whole time with groceries in hand. Next time I will spend a little bit more $ to get a tire taken care of with someone who cares for their customets

The cashier failed to wrap a soup bowl w/handle, and it broke! The produce department has ALWAYS been a joke to all residents of Harlingen, TX. You know if you want the good produce, go to HEB across the street! For the most part, all employees are nice and helpful, especially during the remodeling and moved product. The day Manager Paul, and the Night manager are AWESOME! I can go to them about "whatever," and they are great at resolving any issue I may have. Final note, stockers need to understand FIFO. Looking forward to seeing the place complete; Although, I think someone made a poor choice in the color of your building...so bland! What happened to Walmart "Blue?" Good day.

A good Walmart but not pleased with checking out at all. We were ready to check out at about 9:30pm there were 2 registers open with about 20-25 people waiting to check out none of the self checkouts were working. Finally a 3rd register was opened after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes. Worst walmart I have ever been to. Sorry walmart but that was my experience in your harlingen store. The store itself was nice and clean the people working were kind but maybe management should keep an eye on the front of the store a bit better.

Walmart is walmart, i know they have good things here and there. The reason i guve a 1 star is for the staff and wait times. Staff doesnt give a rats ass as to what you need or are looking for. Rude employees and then "the line" should speak for itself, but having 3 registers open for the entire store and to have no access to the self checkout options, yeah ill juat go to literally any other store to get what i need. 1/100 is my score, the 1 being generosity.

The parking lot is a mess people selling tamales outside there is no security also this lady in her car didnt want to get out of the way from the fire lane parking right in front of the store she wouldnt move and I pointed at the sign that says no parking and she just turned the other way. Im not going back to this wall mart I rather drive 15 min to the San Benito wall mart it is out of my way but it is much cleaner and more security

Horrible reset of the store. If you are looking for cookies or crackers or juice they are now located where the closed McDonald area. WHO WAS THE THE SMARTY THAT THOUGHT THIS UP. Even the workers couldnt tell you where to locate items. Even more self serve checkouts so people can steal more and walmart can have less workers. GIVE WORKERS A LIVING WAGE AND YOU WILL FIND PEOPLE TO WORK AND BE HAPPY WITH THERE JOB LESS TURNOVER

The auto parts/repair people are amazing, but thats it. Thats where the good ends. The rest of the staff in the store doesnt even deserve minimum wage. I dont expect any sort of customer service from Wal-Mart, but this place is a new low. Price tags are always outdated, items are stocked in the wrong places, and the place has a smell and appearance like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks.

I love Walmart, just not this one. Always asking to see my receipts as i leave the store, every time even when I dont have diapers or other non bagged items. They wouldnt accept my 1 week old DVD blu ray even though on the phone they said they would do it without a receipt. Scanned it in store and saw I bought it 1 week before and then manager decided not to refund.

We called to ask for a price on a TV and they left us on hold for about 10 minutes and still didnt answer so we hung up. Staff is always rude. They should hire people who are helpful not people with bad attitudes. They are so picky on hiring people yet they end up hiring only uneducated people who dont seem to enjoy their job.

No communication, managers on site were very rude (and dumb), waited in line for 20 min and had to move to another line cause the cashier didnt know how to do his job. There were like 8 employees who look like they were in the clock just standing around doing nothing while the line grew longer and longer.

sometimes doesnt have enough check outs open. I rather shop somewhere where they the registrars also in the jewelry department no sales clerk in the evening San Benito Walmart better service than HARLINGEN do my grocery shopping at H E B Walmart food products to expensive if I buy toys at TARGET not Walmart

OMG theyre switching out shelving and the whole store is turned upside down and no one knows where anything is! That and only two registers open. Total nightmare! Only positive.... theyre having a big sale on wine, but good luck with that if youre at the self checkout! Manager had to over ride three times.

Its just your average Walmart, though a bit tired looking with the now standard tired underpaid employees that you can never find (except at the cash register). Greeters are pretty much non-existent here but I never really cared for them to begin with. Plan to wait awhile in lines during peak times.
