Theres a "manager" there that complains about traffic, shes loud , shes rude, has an attitude .... gee I dont know every time she needs to come out of the back, shes a joke she shouldnt be allowed to treat people who shop there like theyre idiots. The other staff members are very nice and respectful I dont know what that chicks problem is..... but if you cant hack the job you should probably rethink the whole " job" and "costumer service" thing , not for you obviously

There is an Employee named Stephanie who knows games. She was able To reserve my game and talk with me like a game lover. Usually Im use to the workers talking to me like there reading a script, not steph she knows what she is talking about just like a true gamer and was a pleasure to be around with.

The staff is normally friendly. This is the go to local gamestop since the next closest one is in a mall. My only gripe is the lack of moving space inside the store due to all the shelves of collectible merchandise and bargain bins placed in the middle of the floor.

Awesome friendly staff! Love how all the staff is pumped up for the games and they are extremely excited to want to talk to you about whats good or not. Trade in value is a whole different story, but coming here to either reserve, or purchase, its the best!

The staff has always been great and knowledgeable here, and dont pressure you to do pre-order like some other Gamestops have done to me in the past. Decent sized store for Harlingen, and they usually have the newest games in stock on release date.
