Lets face it, the only reason we go to Walmart is because its cheap. The produce is terrible. If youre looking to utilize your Ibotta app here, forget about it, they NEVER have any of the products in. The bakery will be happy to mess up your birthday cake order for your kids as well. But the about worst thing about this store is their SmartStyle salon. If you ever need a haircut for a child, run from this place. I came in for a haircut for my son, who had really lovely blond hair, and quite long bangs. He needed a shorter style. He was booked in with a woman named Gada. We discussed his haircut, he had agreed to a style we found online. For an autistic child, he definitely had an opinion about what he wanted done to his hair. I stood and discussed the picture with Gada, she said it looked about 2" long, I agreed it looked about 2 or 3" in the photo. I then moved away to talk with my daughter and when I looked back she had literally chopped his bangs straight across the front about 1/2" long. I thought ok, it may be ok when the rest is cut too. She then acted as if she was done. He had big tufts of hair on the sides that looked ridiculous. I said to her, its way too long around the sides. She said, well I was just cutting the bangs. I came over and said we wanted it like the photo I showed you. She then actually began to argue and said, no maam you never showed me a picture! After I had stood and discussed the photo with her in front of my son and other people. At this point my son looked like Moe from the 3 Stooges, or Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber. She had already made us wait nearly 30 mins for an appt that was supposed to be available in just a few minutes. We had somewhere to be and I thought, I can NOT let this woman carry on cutting the rest of his hair. I said just leave it, Ill fix it myself. She then charged us, after getting surly & arguing with me. I left there absolutely livid and in tears. NEVER go to this salon!

Their check out machines are such an inconvenience. This older guy Henry was trying to help us, with the machines freezing on us everything got real confusing. Told us wrong information, which I would agree with what he said, (long story:that we would not have been charged during the payment since it wasnt complete, totally understandable). My husband was not trying to be rude but was real frustrated and came off as rude and left. There was a guy working on the machines that Henry asked for help. He sounded real rude and made it feel stupid. Henry apologized. I feel bad because he was trying to help. He is in his 70s probably or older walking around with an oxygen tank and a walker working night shifts at Walmart when he should have people taking care of him. This really saddens me, I think Henrys hard work and dedication to helping other should be recognized. I could not have went to bed tonight if I wasnt able to tell you about this. If you see Henry, just please say something nice to him or just smile at him. He felt really bad like it was his fault and it wasnt. He was just trying to help. It sucks having to witness that guy be embarrassed like that. I hope he doesnt let the rude ones bother him...

Literally, if you dont mind being followed by two guys with a shopping cart and one product in it, shopping in womens make up section, go here! Their LP department is clearly bored. Its Norman!! Not a lot goes on there buddy and buddy! Just because I am a female with holes in the knees of my jeans and I have a nose ring does not mean I am a thief!! I work retail and youre not fooling me with your fake shopping cart item and interest in the flavor of the month-to die for-mascara. I have gay siblings. Youre not even gay. The best thing about this place is when I get to the register, I have someone else ring me out so they dont think Im trying to STEAL anything...and throw down at least $200 on crisp bills each time! And theyre even REAL, LP Wannabees. Get doing some real work. Like studying on how to investigate.

For the record I used to enjoy wal mart now days its a joke. Came in after a 10 hour shift at work, spent an hour shopping just to be told when I got to the front that none.....NONE of the registers were working. How the hell does the ENTIRE system not work?! How piteful is it that massive chain can lose every single part pf their system. Two girls were working the register acting like they were in a high school hallway joking about the laziness they showed in their job. Sadly the worst experience I have ever had. This is the only reason I am even putting somthing on here I will be going to crest from here on out. I might pay more at Crest but at least I know ill find professionalism.

I recently moved to the area and am not used to people shopping regularly at walmart like they do here. Where I am from shopping at walmart is seen as disrespectful because of the way they underpay and abuse their employees. However, since that is what people do here, when in Rome, as they say. This location is clean, well managed and usually has everything I need that I would have gone to several stores to get where I lived before. The staff are always friendly to me and helpful. As people tend to notice, prices at Walmart are typically 20% lower than Target for the same products and when you shop at Target, youre paying a 20% premium to not have to shop with poor people.

For almost everything Walmart is cheaper than all competition. This Walmart has the security in the parking lot that overcomes some Walmarts in the Norman area. A great bank, to the Golden Arches and most everything in between is under the same roof. And if your car wont start you can jump it and drive it to automotive where they will first test the battery and, if it needs one, will swap your core for a brand new one installed for free right there in the parking lot. Very service oriented, the entire staff from the GM to the stock personnel are well informed and happy to help to the smallest detail. This should be call Walmart ++ in my opinion!

I always shop at Walmart because its cheaper in most cases, but today they upset me for the first time. Long story short the charge me for something three times and the guys lies right to my face and tells me its just taxes and that he removed those items. Well, you didnt and I go back in and tell this girl and she tells me im right and hes wrong and I will have to wait in line at customer service, not going to happen for only $6.00 bucks. Double check your stuff, hate to think that this could be happening to other people and just how many?? Lets step it up Walmart. I will continue to shop there but mistakes are going to happen, its life.

Very rude employees.....especially in the Tire and Auto Shop. Pulled up and was told it would be a two hour wait to get a tire patched even though there was only 1 car in the bay! To me looked under staffed with only 2 employees back there. One was very rude and I just decided to drive off and go to Hibdon Tires down the road which had me in and out in 20 minutes and also did it for free. The rest of this Walmart store is fairly dirty, cluttered, and there are never enough registers open even though there are 30+ people waiting in one line. Avoid this Walmart at all cost.
