They get only 1 star cause I have to give a star to make it a rating. Else they would get nothing or even more deserving they would have a negative star rating of probably -10. Now Im really actually only talking about their auto center. So heres my story. My car was getting 25-27mpg. Took my car in for a much needed oil change. Car comes out and Im lucky to get 16mpg. Doing just a basic check I find that they overfilled my car, by somewhere between half to a full quart of oil. Which Ive been told would contribute to the mpg drop. Because of stuff going on in my life like work etc. it takes me a week to get back over to them. I talk to the manager. He immediately gets on the defensive and starts trying to tell me its coincidence in timing but there is no actual correlation of it being their fault that my car isnt running as well now. He has them pull it in and verify if there is an overage. They do and guess what it is.He tells them to drain the overage. Now he also comes back in and tries to show me pics of the ties for my air filter missing which I know they werent at least before the orginal oil change. Oh and he tells me that as they drain the overage they found oil that is "already" black mind you this is in a week!! Refuses to accept that this could possibly due to human error on their part. As in they didnt drain it fully in the first place. This would account for both the overage and the blackness. Option 2 is they never did they oil change and just added oil. He then proceeds to try and sell me products that could help "fix" my car all while trying to convince me that Im crazy and just looking to blame someone instead of just accepting that my car is falling apart!!!

Horrible customer service on managements part..... On multiple occassions i have taken things to the register and them not be the same price as the shelf. Obviously if i see a price on something i want im going to grab it.... This has happened in the movie section, clothes section, toy section, and now tonight in the comesmetics section... I thought to myself i should go to walgreens.... But i didnt giving walmart the benefit.... I see something that was put on clearance in febuary for 13.48 bc the box is marked.... I look at the sticker price on the shelve 7.00 SCORE!!!!! Im buying it normally a 20.00 item... Get to the register it rings up for 13.48.... I show a manager why would four of them be in the spot.... She says they put it in the wrong spot. They who??? A worker??? Whose problem is that..... Not mine.... This also happened with a toy my five year old freaked over bc i told her we could buy it... Again rings up wrong price JOE the manager comes over says sorry its there in error.... Then proceeds in front of my daughter to have someone get a carriage a clear the shelf.... I would think twice about shopping in georgetown town walmart...

I love this Walmart. Its not just like any other Walmart, oh no. No siree. Nope. Nuh uh. Its a Walmart thats out of this world. Theres a party in every Isle, because the employees are so helpful and carry the party pants in their hearts, some might leave them at the door though, but let me tell you, the sight of a pile of party pants at the exits warms all the childrens hearts. I especially like their managers. They look determined. All the time, every time, waste no time. Remain determined time, and that they do. The veggies are fun, but require your own hair net. Off brand Veggies work just as well and i only have to return those once a week instead of 3.7 times like at heb. Blegh. Heb. Not that place....... They had to remodels for a reason.... DIDNT THEY. but not Walmart. Determined to keep off brand veggies and party pants to a MAXIMUM. look out people. We got your job to do

Shoppers: Do you detest those pesky lines at the checkout? Are there never enough open lanes to scan your groceries? Does the mere thought of the rat-race of running to the store make you want to take a nap? Then HAVE NO FEAR! The latest trend is to take your basket full of imported Chinese junk to the SPORTING GOODS SECTION! Thats right, you heard correctly. Many times Walmart employees have been asked what the most stressful part of their job was. Almost unanimously they agreed that the loneliness of working the sporting goods checkout was by far the worst. (Except the manager. He just hates his employees) They need human interaction and they want YOU! So bypass the madhouse of the front checkout lines and get done faster by paying in sporting goods. Also, if you really want to make a statement, wait until there is a huge line at the check stand and then pay in nothing but coin rolls.

The people who work there seem very helpful & friendly. But I really dislike the discontinuing of products we buy on a weekly basis. Blackburns Butter Pecan Syrup. So we bought IHOPs Butter Pecan Syrup. Thats discontinued now as well with NOTHING to replace it with. 15 grain bread is a thing of the past apparently. LaMartiniqte Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing is another product discontinued so I replaced it with Kens Blue Cheese Vinaigrette and now thats nowhere to be found. Its so hair pullingly frustrating!

The list goes on.....busy....1 or 2 lanes open with a large number of ppl standing in them.....everyone seems sad to be working their.....one good thing is the customer service area and money orders are located in different spots....downside you have to ask someone on customer service to do the money orders.....guess thats what we get for only having one walmart.....oh yeah it was hot in the place

Normal Walmart, as good as any. Pretty well organized. Juts dont use their car care center unless you dont want to be cared for. They were busy, and the ticket guy who takes your order so you can go shop left a Sr. citizen and I out in the sun, walked by us, possibly overwhelmed(?), and so I just got back in my Jeep and drove to the front to shop and leave as a result.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Nobody knows where anything is and they are almost always rude. They only have 2 registers open at night even though they always have a huge line that wraps down the isle. They never have the kids baskets out, they need new ones with the ones Ive seen. The baskets are dirty as well. Do NOT recommend.

For a wal-mart this one is actually fairly nice. Maybe it is because its in Georgetown and not Rundberg but the selection at the store including the produce section seems a bit higher quality and they actually have a decent organic selection. Now if we can just get them to open a few more checkout lines they can earn a 5 star!

Large Walmart Supercenter. Store is kept clean and selection is good. Merchandise quality is usually lacking. Employees arent particularly helpful or friendly which seems to be the case at all their stores. I prefer to shop where I feel appreciated and I find that their "Everyday Low Prices" arent all that low compared to HEB.
