Poor customer service. Yes,... I ordered on Valentines Day and I expected that they would be busy....but they were completely overwhelmed..If you are a stickler for customer service, go else where. I dont understand why a business like this wouldnt put some type of limit on orders to keep customer service as their priority. instead they are all about making money and keep on taking orders and the customer ultimately suffers. I was told since 10AM today that "my order was out for delivery in their truck" ,come 6PM when I went to their store because they stopped answering their phones, (after being told three times that my order was out for delivery and they wouldnt let me tell them that my delivery location closed at 5pm)me and several other customers there were cancelling our orders due to poor customer service were told that they couldnt give us a refund until the next morning because of some reason or the fact that they dont guarantee delivery times And the phone... ringing and ringing and ringing. Completely understaffed and unprofessional on such an important business day for them!!!!!!!!!! And this is frustrating because they are the only store in town and they know it.

Terrible customer service. I asked a simple question regarding delivery time, lady on the phone has a very bad attitude, she said "you can pick it up if you dont want to have your wife waiting at your delivery address from 9am to 8pm". What a way to run your business. I swear on my grandmothers grave, that this will be the first and last time I spend my money there.

Very unprofessiona! Did not deliver on promised date! Displayed horrible customer service by not bothering to call available # to advise of item not being delivered or answer store phone.
