This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to in my life. As a shopper I am very indecisive with what I want and I spend a lot of time comparing items seeing what will last me the longest for my needs, so I came in today and as normal I couldnt decide what I wanted it was between some gold/copper ink and a brush after trying to decide what I wanted for about 20-30 minutes I decided on the gold/copper ink. I put the brush back and went to pay, however after I had paid an police officer was waiting and asked me to step to the side. Two male managers asked me where the brushes were. I told them I didnt have them and they continued to insinuate that I did one of the managers got really loud and threatened to press charges even though I did not do anything wrong. I ended up being proven innocent, but I feel like I was threatened wrongly. I will never shop here again and I hope this encourages other people to stay away and hopefully no one else will get wrongly accused.

Me and my husband were shopping here of course. the store manger stopped us and told us the cops were on there way and we either have two choices to stay or leave. my husband asked him plenty of times what are you talking about. the guy said i dont have to say anything but the cops are on there way. my husband told me to start recording so i did. i have read reviews of this store and this happened before. i called HR and they told the corprate and they cant tell me anything either. but we can talk to the store manger and i told them he wont tell us anything. i called the cops and they said they couldnt find any report. this was terrible customer service. and the store manger also said he that he or the cops chased us out of the store before. last time we were at that store was christmas time with our son. and we bought our christmas stuff. i love hobby lobby but that store manger needs to go. i still have the video.

Just left this location and I have never felt more uncomfortable shopping ever, I had a staff member by the name of Deane literally follow me everywhere i went in store and by everywhere I even mean the restroom, she followed me into the girl restroom and literally waited until I was done with my business and followed me right back out, She even had security follow my family around the store, as my mother and I were about to pay for our items shes literally walking right behind us, so my mother finally confronts her about her following us and she basically said she found us suspicious how we were walking around the whole store ( which is what you do when you go shopping right) we talked to the manager about it and he made us feel a bit better about it

They have a lot of arts and crafts stuff. Easy enough to find the paint and canvas that youre looking for. However a lot of stuff in here is not bar coded. Youre lucky if the item has a price on it, they will type that in. Better take a picture of the price at the display so that you dont have to wait 30 minutes to find the price for your item in that department.

Came looking for thread. All they had was English Thread. The English dont do things like we do in America. I could match the color of the thread I was seeking, but not the size. English Thread seems much finer. At least all they had wasnt heavy enough. Even their carpet thread was too thin.

I love Hobby Lobby for the coupon, the sales and the assortment of materials, however last I went I wanted to buy one thing and the one line had over ten people in it. I wasnt going to wait that long. Most frustrating was how many employees I saw walking around the store.

Another disappoint. Looking for stuff to wrap a wedding gift. They have no special wrapping paper, No decorations for the package. They have birthday stuff, Christmas stuff, no wedding stuff. I guess they dont like weddings.

went in to get a frame for my diploma on Monday and the girl (wish I knew her name for this) said it would be Wednesday till the frame was done. I got a call the next day saying it was done and my frame looks great.

This is my favorite Hobby Lobby- its surprisingly large compared to some of the other Hobby Lobbys within driving distance from my home or work. The staff is always friendly and helpful!!!
