This store has gone to HELL since the old manager left. Sam, the new manager, is a human nightmare. Good luck dealing with him openly rolling his eyes at customers, being hateful to other employees, and NEVER doing any work. He ignores faithful customers that have been coming here for years because their specific requests are "stupid". The district manager has decided he can do no wrong, and I am SO glad I quit this hellhole before having to deal with these two morons. To anyone who use to shop here and still does, I want you to know about the gross abuse going on in this store. From retaliation and bullying employees over things they cant control (I.E THE EMAIL SCORE) this place is has gone from a fantastic store with a great atmosphere to a miserable hell hole.

Im sure the framing is really nice, but I had a coupon for 60 % + extra 20% off custom framing. I had a print I wanted to get framed for my husband for Valentines Day. The print is 20" x 24" and three mats. I didnt expect it to cheap, but with a coupon I expected reasonable. They valued the original framing at $793.30 in order to get a final price of $253.85 then said you save $539.45. For framing!! I felt like it was a jacked up price to begin with in order to get what they wanted for the job.

Really wanted to support Michaels since Hobby Lobby moved across the street. I called for them to check on something for me. Was put on hold for 20 minutes when I called them again with my other line and they answered "oh yeah we dont have it" but still had me in the other line on hold.

I love Michaels! They dont have as many items as Hobby Lobby, but the service and sales are MUCH better! Ive had plenty of negative experiences at Hobby Lobby in multiple locations. Each time, I went across the street to Michaels and had a pleasant experience with their service.

I was profiled the entire time I was there by the bald guy with the beard and the girl at the register with the very short hair didnt even offer me a bag for my purchase. Terrible customer service!

A great small craft store if you want something small instead of big stores like Hobby Lobby this is an second option.
