I didnt know who this Nadia Wilson person was, but her service was to die for. I literally saw a guy hang himself outside because he didnt receive her service at the till. The scent of her daunting perfume was too much for my fragile little mind, and I am touched to know that her exquisite being exists in such a workplace. Replacing her would be the mistake of the century, kinda like touching a doorknob after fondling a pound of hamburger at room temperature.

In my opinion, the staff of any establishment either make or break the experience for me. I am delighted to say that I was not dissapointed by the lovely staff of Michaels when I last visited. I was especially pleased by the service provided to me via a young lady by the name of Nadia, I believe. She excelled in every aspect of her work and my experience just wouldnt have been the same without her. Thank you, keep up the good work! Callum

Its a michaels. The staff for the most part is professional and friendly, but there is this one cashier who will slam your stuff around and when you ask her to wrap the breakable items she will actually tell you no. Store is clean, stocked and well maintained. The class events they do here are excellent. And the florist is the best of the michaels chain in dallas area - better than the greenville location even.

Sweet enough girl at the framing counter, she certainly seemed to know her stuff. But she quoted me $160 to frame a 30-dollar print I picked up at a friends art show. I was going to frame it and give it to her as a celebratory gift, but I cant really justify a 500% frame-to-print cost increase. This was a 12x10 print. And this was with (allegedly) 60% off?! There must be better and cheaper alternatives.

Michaels is great for sale items or if you have a coupon. Their regular prices are very high, but their selection of craft supplies is stellar. The staff at this location are very friendly, if not especially knowledgeable, and they can be hard to find in the actual aisles of the store when youre looking for something. If you can find someone, though, theyre eager to help.

Nobody there has any knowledge of their products or how they work. As a place that sells expensive machines such as the Cricut, the sales associates, as well as the Manager should have some knowledge about it and be able to answer questions. All I got was, "I dont know" with sass and attitude.

i went there with my mom yesterday and we were having trouble looking for the slim ingredients for my brothers science project and we ran into Shawn who helped us find everything that we needed and he even helped find a coupon for us to use.Great store, definitely we will be coming back.

I love crafting and I especially love this particular Michaels the employees here are so kind and so ready to help with what they can! I cant recall the name of one particular employee but he is the kindest person Ive come across. Plus the store also offers a variety of classes to take!

Good for all youre arts and craft needs although they can get a little pricey. Theyve also had a couple occurrences where they forget to take down old promotion signs then will not honor the misleading promotion sign they left up to begin with.

Getting more difficult to use coupons they send you, arguing over what coupons are valid and what arent when the coupons themselves dont show the limitations they claim are in place, and stock is always limited in the items on sale.

Everyones always so nice and helpful at this location. Most Michaels stores are pretty good with their employees, but Ive definitely come across some locations where the workers are rude. Love this store!

Best thing about the Michaels store is there yarn Department. As for the rest of the store it pretty much drives me crazy because its disorganized and feels cheap not to be confused with inexpensive.
