Great customer service, the staff is polite especially brianna. She helped me do my switch over from tmobile. Unlike tmobile store on the other side of sprint, the honestly have the worst staff and is like the people that work there have attitude problems, and worst customer service there as well. So glad i did the switch.

Sprint is the worst store, specifically Balch Springs store. Poor service , wait time is always more than 1 hour. They say Will be with you in a moment. That moment is more than one hour. Please dont come to this Sprint store!!! You have been warned. You will regret it!!!

They have fantastic service, the only issue is their wait times. Wait times are very long if you dont make an appointment. So either have plenty of time available or make an appointment. Reason is, its the third largest store in the country.

I dont have Sprint but came in here with someone who does so my review is based only on the store itself. The staff was nice and ready to help from the second I walked in and acted the same when I told them Im with a different network.
