The Tignors
Very friendly staff who go out of their way to work out solutions for customers. I went there out of sheer frustration from another Sprint Store (Town East Blvd), I was irate at the way we had been treated at the Town East Location, the staff at the LBJ location quickly and efficiently diffused the situation, gave me a solution that was satisfactory and helped me with upgrading and buying a new HTC1. They are my heros and I would suggest anyone who lives in the area and have run into the same issues of poor customer service at the Town East Location go across the street to Towne Crossing and LBJ and visit this store. Great staff motivated to making the customer happy!

First of all Alicia the tech, Angel and even Yvonne are three of the most cooperative helpful customer service based people that I have met in a very very long time. Ive gone to other sprint stores, not to mention any names but theyre really really close like less than a mile driving, and they absolutely suck. No one knows how to utilize customer service skills it seems as if the only people that have graduated high school are the people Ive dealt with today. They really know what theyre talking about. They have a lot of knowledge on phone service theyre patient. All and all very very good no Im sorry GREAT experience. Best Ive had in quite some time 1000 stars.

Sucks. This store returned a phone late, which I returned under a 30 day guarantee, and caused me to get an early termination fee. I had to raise hell and go through the better business Bureau, but finally got my money back.
