I like Target because it is clean, neatly organized, and well-stocked. However, one incident in Target Wylie on 1/15/2015 where an elderly cashier did not give me my merchandise makes me rate the store 3 stars. The cashier took all the other bags and put them on the lower counter to the side, except for the last item. More than likely the person behind me got a free shirt. I checked the next day and the day after, and no one returned the purple workout shirt that I really, really wanted (and had paid for!). To be fair, Target did give me my money back and printed out a receipt that had the shirt in my size at different locations. I went to one location which the receipt indicated had it, but they didnt. The employee there called two other stores close by, which the receipt indicated carried it, but they also didnt have it, and the closest one that had 2 was far away. All that I really want is for Target to train their employees to not only bag the items that are purchased, but to put all the bags on the side where the customers can put it in the cart themselves or the cashiers can put it in the cart so that all the purchased items go with the customer. I guess if I didnt care about the shirt, I wouldnt be writing this review, but I really, really wanted that shirt.

This store sells low quality crap. I bought earbuds. What Ive found is that a lot of earbud manufacturers make unreliable earbuds probably mass produced in machines which are operated by lazy rednecks who do a half-a$$ job of quality control.This Target store then puts this crap on its shelves and sells a warranty that costs half the price of the earbuds. I just bought some earbuds and as soon as I took it out of the packaging and plugged them in, they didnt work. Keep the receipt whenever you buy anything at this store because they dont give a fat crap about the quality of the products they sell. They sell junk. If youre a mom and you need to buy diapers or something, this place is for you. Other than that, save some money and go to Frys.

I have been shopping at Target for many years and I love products in Target. Today I came to this Target was my first time to returning a new Halloween costume and I havent used at all which I just got it two days ago. I never knew I cannot return any on sale holiday products. At the customer service the guy came up to me was pretty rude with bad attitude. I was telling him I am been living here for 11 years and always like to shop at Target, but I didnt know and didnt see any policy print it out that i cannot return the Halloween costume. He responded me in a bad manner , so you return costume every year? What if this man can talk to me in a nice way as customer service, not treating your customer like THIS

Not sure what is going on today, but shelves were not stocked. No sugar at all. Also no cashiers at 9:30 am. I dont mind self-checkout for a few things but I had a lot. And of course the scale for veggies didnt work so it was a huge pain. Manager nearby sending people to self-checkout but not helping or apologetic in any way! Oy!

Placed an online order, received confirmation o pickup at this store. We drove to pick up only to be told items were cancelled. Order pickup person was rude and just said ..sorry there is nothing i can do... Here is something I can do, never shop at your store again!!

Without a doubt the best Target in the DFW Metroplex. Clean, friendly staff, and well lit. The only drawback is that they oftentimes dont have enough people on staff so there will only be a few lanes open, but they move fast. Highly recommend using this Target.

This location is a hidden gem. Never busy, friendly staff, shelves are stocked, clean restrooms, Starbucks, and Pizza hut are available. Dont forget the free cookie for kids under 12 in the bakery dept. Parking lot is well lite.

Clean and fully stocked. The prices arent the best but they compete with most other chains. This location is particularly bad at managing the check out lanes. They rarely have enough lanes open to get customers checked out quickly.

The chicken tenders here are awesome. The sports clothing is affordable. They hold up quite well. It has been over two years and everything I have bought here has held up well. Except that Reebok gym bag. That disintegrated.

Was close to closing time and there was 3 or 4 people in each check out line. The cashier was fast, friendly, and courteous. Talked a bit with the young gentleman getting the carts in. Again, friendly and courteous.

Clean store, however dressing rooms were a mess. Clothes did not ring up correctly as advertised. Had to get an employee to call a mgr over. Just took longer than expected to do self checkout

This target is not as close to our home but its larger, newer and with a larger selection than the one closer. One time we were desperate for tamiflu and this was the Target that had it.

BIG Target- BIG store! Prices are a bit higher than other comparable big stores, but the quality of their products is better. Great place to find gifts or gift yourself.

The store has a lot of good sales its not always real crowded and some of the sales you find take a little browsing around the store for. Friendly staff.

Targets silly euphemism for "customer" is "guest." Since when do " guests" have to pay their "hosts"? I kid you not. Alright? Good.
