I tried purchasing an angel fish and a guppy here and although I was going to put both in separate tanks the guy was rude and refused to sell them to me because it wasnt the right size tank even though itll be by its self for a little bit until I bought the bigger one and the girl still wouldnt sell them to me because they grow "so big" Ive have these 2 fish before and have lived for at least 6 or more years no problem you guys just seem to want to make a quick buck and need better training

I love the Galveston store, everyone including management, cashiers and sales are always friendly and ask if I need assistance. I usually find more than what I came for because they carry a great selection and often times have dog items on sale. I had my little terrier groomed here and they did a great job, her hair was just right and they even added a little pink bow! I always feel welcome when I visit this location and couldnt be happier with the customer service.

I loved the Galveston location. We have needed it for a long time. The only thing I wish is that there were a Banfield attached to our location. I feel that we are to far from the nearest Banfield location in Clear Lake. Even the location in Dickinson does not have a Banfield located inside of the store. We are a community of a few hundred thousand people in the Galveston county area and we dont have a Banfield. Wow! I hope we get one soon.

They used a 7/8" guard to cut our MaltiPoo... From about 6". AA long haired MaltiPoo... Then the girl just laughed. I asked them to take 1/2" off. She immediately told me upon arrival of how she had actually done me a favor by using the 7/8". Pictures of before and after are available on my page. I will never, ever take another family member to PetSmart. Ever.

Groomers turned my business away 2 and a half hours before closing time. We just needed a bath, not even any grooming. If the grooming department was booked, thats one thing I can understand, but she seemed more dead set on the policy not to take appointments after 3 or 4pm when they close at 7. Seems bureaucratic and not customer friendly.

Terrible experience in the grooming department. My dog has been groomed multiple times (not by them) and we never have had any problems. They called to tell me he was freaking out and they couldnt groom him only bathe him. He was crying and petrified for a couple hours after picking him up. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Stephanie in The Grooming department is amazing! Not only is she awesome by showing her compassion for my geriatric dog but she also gave him the most outstanding gromming that hes ever had and 13 years.... and there has been a million! If PetSmart doesnt give her a raise they are crazy she is amazing!!!!!

We have taken our maltipoo 3 times now to be groomed. Each time we asked specifically to keep her hair long, and every time she is brought back to us near shaven. 2 of the times, they didnt even trim her nails. This last time, they didnt clean her eyes. We will not be going back.
