First off, the place is way too crowded, not very clean, and one of the employees was not even wearing shoes! I was virtually invisible for the first few moment upon entering when picking my dog up. The employees were blocking the way to the counter and did not seem interested in me. The one that actually does the grooming seemed pretty short with me, but was friendly and helpful. The WORST part was the fact that my dog was NOT cleaned off when I picked him up and I was furious that she would allow my dog to leave- knowingly- in the condition he was in. He had apparently had an "accident" and was filthy. I was not even given the option to clean him up. I would NOT reccomend this establishment.

This store use to be great. We got our dogs bathed here and the lady who did it yelled at our dogs and we caught her doing it. We decided to keep shopping here but then they brought on a lady that always has an excuse on why the bags are ripped, why there are three different prices on items and is always outside smoking. Im done with this place. I have supported this store for years but the owners obviously do not care about customer service.

Sarah is a wonderful girl!! I like to shop small shops for the service and to help them out. She is always willing to stop what shes doing and help me. Now with a 3rd dog....Ill be there more often. I drive 45 minutes just to shop here. That should tell you something. :) 2 thumbs up from me and 2 paws up from each my pups!!

I agree w/ all the other post. Keith is a wonderful store manager. He knows breakdown of all foods ranked by price & value. His daughter is great as well. Sincere interest + quality+ holistic health. Superb. Worth paying extra buck for better food (than supermarket) + hard to find or raw foods. Thank you!

Ive been going here for a couple of years now. Everyone here is so nice and they go out of their way to help you. Now that I make my dogs food, I dont go in so often but my dog loves when I bring home their awesome dried treats (beef tracheas, tendons, etc.) every now and then. We love Floppy Pets! :)

I love Floppy Pets! Ive been to almost every pet store within 100 miles (seriously! ) and the owner Keith has the best prices on the best dog foods available. They focus on the top of the line foods and treats for pets, and they always have what I want. Thank you Keith & your crew for what you do.

Very friendly people here I couldnt remember the ladys name but she helped us pick out a few guppies and gave us some free samples of fish food and theyre very cheap but I recommend this place god bless

Cluttered store and the store is filthy dirty. Great products but high Prices. Their markup is 20% higher than Chewy and other petstores. I wish they were more competitive in pricing.
