If i could choose 0 stars for grooming department i would..but i would choose 5 stars for their store managers. We took our bichon in to be groomed and when she was picked up we had to go across the street for a few items at the petco a groomer there stopped me because she said she hadnt seen a bichon in awhile. Well as she was looking at our bichon she noticed several spots petsmart had missed and did not blend properly. She pointed out that our bichon had clipper burn! I was so angry! We went up to the store and spoke with the store manager that was on duty. His name was Chris,he was very polite and helpful and offered to pay for the vet bill regarding the clipper burn. This morning we took our bichon to our vet we called the store manager this time it was a lady i had to explain the situation but she agreed to honor the previous managers statement. After speaking to our vet she then paid the portion for the medication and office visit for the clipper burn. I will not be using petsmart for grooming again but i will visit the store as we often find what we need there. I will also add that the cut that was given to our bichon isnt what we asked for and that the original price we were quoted was not the price at check out and i was not given a phone call by the grooming staff that the price had changed.

The store itself is fine, they have a large selection of products, buy rarely is someone around or knowledgeable enough to help you. My main issue is with the grooming department. I brought my very fluffy Siberian Husky in for a bath and a hair cut. I told the groomer that I didnt want her shaved, but she needed to be shorter. When I received my dog back, she was shaved with a 1/2 in guard and it wasnt even. She is very blotchy and has sporadic places of her body that are shaved to her skin with longer hair around it. Frankly she looks horrible. When I called the manager to express my converns, all she offered me was to bring her back in and get her evened out. The manager didnt apologize or acknowledge that one of her groomers did such a horrendous job. I will never bring any of my animals back here.

Worst experience at a pet store! Could not find anyone to help me all we were there was to get a hamster.we asked for help someone came after 15 min. Of waiting then went straight to help the family that had just gotten there. Then left after helping them out so we asked for someone to help us for the second time waited for another 30min. The only reason I waited so long was because of my son he was so excited to get his hamster since his first one passed away. On top of everything the Hamster my son wanted that looked just like his first one was taken by the family that got there 25 min. After we did. Really of course my son was upset thankfully he decided on another one. Phew. So much to say

This was my first time to bring my puppy to the groomers thinking it would be a good experience but it couldnt have been worse. My poor baby was put in a kennel that had holes in the bottom of it and got three of his paws stuck. We took him to a vet clinic immediately, luckly he is okay just a little bruised up but the employees told us that this wasnt the first time this has happend and it has happened to other peoples pets. If it has happened multiple times you would think they would fix the problem. So to conclude my review i would tell people to spend a little more money for a good groomer and a good grooming experience.

Bought a $30 blow up neck donut for my puppy after he was fixed. Opened the box and there was dog hair and dried slober on it. Called to tell them and their excuse was that people open boxes to try sizes for their dogs. If they know people do it and allow them to keep doing it thats gross. Dog could have a disease or be sick... Also called today about training classes for him and the girl hurried me off the phone and was very short with responses and rude. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I had a few questions so I asked the manager for some help,she came and told me she didnt agree with my vet rudely and the left . I then looked up a price match just to here her not what to !! I have never been treated as bad as when I visited this store and talked to Tara Im now a pet could customer thanks to her !!!

Good selection. No staff help at all. Have to chase them down and then they dint know an answer half the time and refuse to find someone who does. Maybe no one does and they honk ignoring customers long enough they will find it themselves or just leave. We did and got it much cheaper on Amazon.

Great store for the essentials, terrible groomers there. So much uneven fur and small mats left behind. Not worth the $65 for full package. Plenty of other places to take your floof ball to be well groomed.

Its all right. Prices for items are pretty pricey. Most of all the toys are made in China which I dont buy for my pets. Only go there once in a while when Im looking for tees for my pets.

Dont get animals there at least reptiles because they die to easy and they dont take care of their feeders. And employees are not really knowledgeable.
