Would not help us locate what we were looking for. Just said, "Oh its back there." Then as we were leaving (5 minutes before closing) the manager closed the door closest to the parking lot (the other door is close to an outside fenced in area that takes up a good portion of the parking lot) forcing us to walk over about 10 feet of ice on the ground. The door he locked had a path cleared and was much closer to the cars in the lot. I actually turned and looked at him and said, "You are going to have us walk over this?" He just looked at us and never said a word. Guess they were in such a hurry to leave they didnt care about our safety. The next day my husband returned the items we bought. I will never shop there again!

I called this store to order an item, went it to pay for it about 30 minutes later, and was told I would be called once it came in. I received a call to pick my item up a few days later, and after wasting about 20 minutes in the store, I was told the item was sent to a different Ace Hardware store. They asked me if I wanted to drive to the other store (in another city) to pick the item up (which I said no), and they said it wasnt possible to have the item shipped to my house (even though the mistake was on their end). Youd be better off sticking to Lowes or another larger store that is more responsive to their customers.

They always seem to have what I need. I almost always pass the big orange box store to go to this awesome store. Better selection of hardware and the employees know the difference between a bolt and a screw. Edit: I have to drop them a star after this morning. They would not honor their online pricing. Newsflash- If I buy everything online who needs a brick and mortar store? Maybe if you honor the online prices youll have a job next year.

I went there to have a "rare" key cut for which HD did not carry the blank. Had to return once because the machine cut key didnt turn in the lock the first time around. A bit of hand filing fixed the issue. Overall every staff member I dealt with was extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and just seemed happy to be there and be helpful. The service feels very personal, much more so than in the bigger box stores.

Fantastic customer service! I walked in. Someone asked me if they could help me. I said "yes." They took me directly to the isle with the item I was looking for. When I was checking out the item had actually been incorrectly priced. But no worries. They kindly and without hesitation charged me the lower (incorrect) price. As far as Westlake Ace Hardwares go, this one is great, in my opinion.

This Ace Hardware has the best customer service out of the ones I have been to so far. The staff here is always friendly, and knowledgeable. Conscious to what the customer needs rather than selling them needless expensive trash. Hardware selection is a little low, but youd almost be certain to find what you need here if you cant find it at a larger name hardware store.

This location is great!! All of the staff is always very sweet and helpful and never forget a repeat customer. They have always taken time to help, even 5 minutes before close when some of us have emergency plumbing issues pop up! Home Depot and Lowes are standard, these guys customize every visit. Love, love, love this spot!

Called ahead about needing a motorcycle key copied. As soon as i walked in, greeted by two associates, which led me to make the keys. High siding while they were made, and was out in 5 min. Keys worked great, and didnt even cost a thing! Will come back when need be!
