Floor was sticky, every time I picked up my feet there was resistance and an echoing squeaky sound. Almost walked out before the door even shut behind me. Thought for a moment that this is just a small time local store, just take a quick look around. Owner/employee, not sure what her role in the store is because she didnt say anything to me as I scanned over the available product that looks like it hasnt moved in decades, awkwardly stared me down the full 15 seconds I was in the store. I should have read reviews before wasting my time driving across town. No matter the occasion, you would be better off going to WalMart than waste valuable moments of your life shopping in this store.

Let me tell you this is probably the best place to get a cake in a 100 mile radius. I live in cruces and last minute decided to get a cake made. I called a few places and they were rude as hell to me when i asked to get a cake made for next day. I called the lady at the cake factory and she was very sweet and didnt even flinch about me asking for this cake the next day. I drove 2.5hrs round trip to get my cake and i will be going there again for my special cakes because supporting this kind of business and geting a great product is totally worth it! Thank you again!

First time customer and ordering my cake was easy, store was very clean. Custom Cake came out awesome and tasted even better! Cake was fresh, moist and just the right amount of sweetness. They just earned a new customer as I will be going back. Yummmm
