I grew up going to this place and continue to go to this Cold Stone location. Ive been here dozens of times and while the line can sometimes get long, the staff is always wonderful. I recently did a spur-of-the-moment birthday cake here, and the woman who did it was wonderful. I had my cake very quickly and was out of the door, without any prior notice. In all of my years going here, I have never had a bad experience. Just walk in, order your ice cream and leave. Like any service industry, if you treat the employees with kindness and respect, you will usually get it in return.

Its Coldstone, everyone knows they make good ice cream. But 3/5 stars because the lady owner/manager of this location is a complete hag that looks down on her employees and customers. Maybe she shouldnt be working in a customer-facing role if she has the attitude of a wet rock.

I was really craving Rocky Road but thats not even a menu option. One of the employees whipped me up his interpretation of Rocky Road and it was amazing! Awesome people here!

Ice cream was good, but the store changed their hours without changing their open hours on their own site and then got pissy when I showed up after they "closed"

Amazing and unique flavors. Favorite was the earl grey and the sea salt cream. Smooth and creamy and decently priced.
