Okay so I love Cold Stone, been going to various locations for years and years and they have typically been one of my favorite ice cream places. That is why this location frustrates me so much. The last few times weve gone they have been completely out of waffles cones and waffle bowls. The first time we thought it was just a fluke, maybe they had been super busy etc., then it happened again and again and now today. We came in around 5, the place was dead. There were 3 people working that we could see. After seeing they were out of waffle cones again, I asked what time they closed and the girl said 10pm, 5 hours later. I commented on the fact that its disappointing that theyre always out and all she said was "yeah, they take a long time to make". Please get it together and be prepared to serve what you advertise. I love Cold Stone and dont want to drive out of my why to find another location with waffle cones.

I walked into my local Cold Stone at 10443 Town Center Dr d101, Westminster, CO 80021 on 08/13/2017/. I was greeted with friendly and warm "Hello" from Chanise C. I saw that she had a long line of people and was working alone but not once did she look frustrated or upset. Chanise still wore a smile on her face and worked so hard to get everyone taken care of in a orderly fashion. When it was my turn I asked if she was alone and she said "No my boss is making icecream in the back." We had a very polite, warm and friendly conversation. I was so please with my service from Chanise. She was working so hard and did such a wonderful job. Chanise handled each customer with such care and respect. I see her love and passion for her job. I cant tell you enough how much I truly appreciate being taken care of in such a wonderful way.

I ordered a cake 5 days before my sons bd. I work full time and my husband works 50 hours or more per week. I couldnt pick my cake up until 7 the night before his party. When I got to the store the cake decorator had left and did not put my cake together. The register clerk offered to deliver it to my house and put the cake together himself. It took them 3 hours which made me extremely nervous but they came through and delivered it! For some kids who prob make min wage I was impressed that they cared enough for a $20 cake. Should of been done on time.... Yes, but we all make mistakes and Cold Stone must train their employees pretty well if they are willing to jump through this many hoops.

Forgot to post this, but My family and IWent in on the 4th of July, the place was packed and only one tiny young girl was working. Which at first irked me that they only had one young girl working on such a busy holidy. She was absolutely fabulous and sweet to everyone despite the line to the door though. She was patient with everyone and was super fast with making orders it was was amazing for such a small girl! I believe her name tag said Alexis, but not too sure. Anyway she was fabulous and hope shes there the next time we go back!

Its Valentines Day, and there is a line out the door. The place looks nice and clean, but theres one problem. There is only one person working behind the counter. This seems like a predictable time for a crowd and weve been waiting close to twenty minutes already. Its not the guys fault whos working, hes doing the best he can though it seems like a bad staffing choice. Not sure well be doing this again, at least on Valentines Day.

This cold stone used to be good. Unfortunately in the last year the customer service has dropped off and they never seem to have waffle anything. Today we went in 6 hours before they close and they said yea were out of all waffle items and they take a while to make. They dont take 6 hours to make if its an inconvenience for you dont work there. I went home and make my own on a wafle iron in 20 min.

It was way over priced and wasnt that good. They wouldnt even make my daughter the ice cream cupcake she wanted. Take the damn picture of a single cupcake off the menu if u have to buy six to get one. Service was good though. A young guy with huge lobes stretched out by earrings. Disgusting. But he was nice enough. Never be back there

Great ice cream, but one of the employees (Vinny Sanchez) was super rude. He was complaining about what he was making money wise. At 9 oclock he told my group and 3 more people "we are closed, so get out" I just found that it was very rude customer service and it makes me not want to return to this store.

Its 95 degrees outside..of course people are going to want to buy icecream.. but you have one girl behind the counter and 12 customers waiting for 15 plus minutes .. on top of that I actually got out of line because of the prices.. 4.79 for 1 scoop ?? I can get an entire gallon for that cost

The staff was in the back room for five minutes after I walked through the door. I called and no one came. I finally managed to get their attention, and they came to serve me. The guy acted like nothing had happened. WORST service I have seen in years.

The staff was probably the best staff Ive ever met in a customer service environment. & the ice cream is always fantastic tasting. I recommend the birthday cake remix, and swap the chocolate for caramel.

The service is poor and employees dont wear hair nets or tire their hair back so watch for loose hairs and they have a hard timer filling the containers. I dont recomend it.

The staff was fabulous. They were friendly and flipped ice cream all over while mixing it. Kids would like it. The discord were innovative and rich.
