Colin and his fiancee Andy and their cool bike shop are the real deal. I purchased a $40 Kevlar tire from them and over five weeks I had three flats so I wasnt a happy camper as a Kevlar tire is supposed to really hold up. So, this is what Colin did for me. He replaced the defective tire with a much nicer $70 tire at no additional charge which made me a happy camper. Then, listen to this. I took my bike in for service on the Christian feast day of Holy Thursday 2013. Therefore, I couldnt help but notice that my new replaced tire had this huge trademark in italic type on the side of it that read: "HOLY ROLLER.".It was a mere coincidence but I thought it was nothing but cool.

The owner is very friendly and seems like real expert of his field. I just came to the shop with broken part (quick release) in my hand and after few minutes of research in storage he came with old-school style replaceable part. And guest what, he gave it for free! Also helped to install it and i was ready to go. I have also got a very sincere advice on choosing a new tire and exact pricing for it and the work itself. The shop itself is a very tidy and nice place with new and super neat old-school bicycles, history books and what-not. Highly recommended!

This is exactly what is needed in Lake Highlands, a family friendly and very knowledgable hometown bike shop. Colin and Andy are top notch in every way! Great prices, even better service. From the triathlete to the littlest cyclist, they can do it all. You have to stop in just to meet them, our favorites now by far. Had my QR completely tuned up, Colin added exactly what was needed and didnt try to oversell or correct what wasnt broken. He knows his craft, headed there again today to get my wifes bike tuned up now!

Colin and Andee geared me up for a cross country cycling trip a little while back. Since walking into the store the first time, my cousin and I have gone on a couple camping trips with Colin, where he showed us a few tricks about packing our stuff up for a long trip. I would not go anywhere else to shop for all things cycling related. This guy is the best and most friendly bicycle mechanic in town. For what its worth, he knows how to fix a whole lot of other things that arent bikes as well.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and convenient. Dont expect a bike parts superstore, but the staff can fix just about anything, and theyre always willing to just hang out and help in whatever way they can. You can tell theyre passionate about all bikes. Never hesitate to support your local bike shop!

I went to their shop not too long ago to get my Trek bike fixed due to the chain not tightening. They ordered the parts and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to put it together. They were very nice and got the job done, my bf and I were very satisfied and will definitely come back
