Horrible service my husband and I sat and waited 1 and 1/2 for the tattoo artist to do my tattoo. Another group came in when he was done working and started asking questions and he talked with them an additional 15 mins not once stopping to let me know it would be a longer wait. Never will go back and really dont appreciate being get like my business was not needed. He could have easily told me today he was too busy or give me to another artist but he told the other artist he had me so I continues to sit. 2 hours later still waiting to be talked with.. I ended up leaving and he could care less he lost the business

So this was my very first tattoo and I dont think it could have gone any better. Rudy Hetzer Owner/Artist did an amazing job and helped me keep my cool on the final hour of the session, to let him finish this master piece. Rudy also made the whole process very simple and clear which for a beginner was very helpful having zero prior experience to tattoos. I highly recommend this place, the atmosphere alone from just walking in makes you feel like a certified bad ass. Bottomline if your serious about getting an awesome tattoo Dallas Tattoo & Arts Company is the place to go.

First time goer to DTS and was very pleased. As pleased as I could be. The studio itself is very inviting and not intimidating at all. The music is very well selected the help both you relax and the artist stay focused, which you should want. I had my tattoo done by Rudy Hetzler, he did a black tattoo of a pelican that was as detailed if not more which not sure how thats possible. Highly recommend if you are in DFW area or even like me from southern Oklahoma. He is worth the drive if you are looking for the best work.

The shop has a relaxed atmosphere and is exceptionally clean. Eli is a master of his craft. I got my first tattoo there yesterday based on the good reviews I read. My artist was Eli, and he did a great job! The place was clean, relaxing, and decorated with some truly beautiful artwork. Eli was fast and professional, and the tattoo came out exactly like I wanted. Since it was my first, Eli walked me through the steps for aftercare, what products to buy, etc. I would definitely recommend this place!

I found this place online and saw they had good reviews so I went in to talk to someone about getting my first tattoo. The owner (Rudy) greeted me and was super nice about explaining the process and was very accommodating. I gave him my design and he got me on his schedule for the next day. Everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and the tattoo came out great. Highly recommended!

The lady at the front desk had a bit of an attitude. I am from Oklahoma and was just in Dallas for a couple days and wanted something small. Rudy was able to get me in and give me a piece of Dallas. Rudy was very nice and does good work. Very friendly and makes up for the other not so friendly people in his shop. Glad I got to experience my first out of state tattoo.

This place is amazing. Facility is clean and is surrounded with amazing works of art. Presents what a tattoo shop should be and love the music!!! My tattoo artist was Matt and he did a great job!!! It was my first tattoo so he explained the process well and made sure I was completely comfortable through the whole thing. Definitely will come back here for my next.

I visited this shop this week for a tattoo. Not only is the artwork in the shop amazing but Barnabas did an awesome job on my ink. Hes very laid back, creative, knowledgable ans dooe artist!!!! He will continue to get my business as he has already finished a great amount of work for me. I even recommended him to a friend so I got to visit the shop again.

BARNABAS was very professional from first over the phone, to coming in and discussing the tattoo and setting up an appointment and all the way up to me walking out the doors with my tattoo. Awesome guy and an exceptional artist it was a pleasure to meet him while visiting Dallas. The shop is nice and tidy and the art gallery/lounge area is worth a look.

I went to see Barnabus at DTC Ive been going to this artist for awhile now. The environment is very chill and laid back. Every time I go to him I always walk out happy and impressed with what weve come up with together. He definitely treats everyone like family and its worth every penny.
