A friend of mine referred me to Ink, Inc. when I became interested in getting my third tattoo. I called and made an appointment for a consultation with Mike Carver, the owner and also an artist. I had some ideas for what I wanted, but was open to an artists concept. Mike met me for our consultation on time and immediately came up with ideas I hadnt considered. After about an hour of doodling, Mike produced a beautiful sketch of a Great White shark and I made plans to return the next day for the ink. The following day, I arrived with my best friend, who had decided to get her second tattoo. Mike worked with her to create the perfect dragon design, then got to work on my tattoo. He was quick, gentle and funny! My tattoo was completed in less than an hour, at which point he started on my best friends tattoo. Again, he was gentle, fast and completely professional, while keeping up a steady chat and making us feel right at home. My friends tattoo, which was created on the fly and without a consultation prior to her appointment, is nothing short of AMAZING -- intricate, detailed, gorgeously colored and stunning. Mike really and truly is an artist. The studio itself is easy to locate, super-clean, open, well-lit, comfortable and very friendly. The other artists and employees are extremely welcoming and absolutely professional. My friend and I are already planning our next tattoos and will be eagerly returning to Ink, Inc. and to Mike Carver!!! You simply cannot ask for a better tattoo experience!!

Let me start by saying that what first attracted me to this location was the fact that (1) its family owned and (2) it is outrageously clean and in a GOOD, safe, area. Im a girl, and Ive been to every sketchy tattoo shop you can imagine... And Ink Inc changed my entire outlook on the industry! I have gotten every one of my piercings done here by Evan, who is incredibly kind, sterile, quick, and patient with your questions. Since I have only been pierced here, I was hesitant at first about whether this would be a great place to get my first tattoo, and I am SO GLAD that I did. Mike did my tattoo and he was sterile, friendly, and incredibly fair on the price! I was prepared to pay almost twice what he charged me. I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everyone who works at this shop, from the artists to the cashier, are some of the kindest and most professional people you will ever meet. I have ZERO complaints. In fact, I am confident that I will return to Ink Inc for every one of my future tattoos. You couldnt ask for a better place or better people to help you out. Note: The shop is incredibly spacious and clean, with individual rooms for tattoos. I didnt realize how rare that was in the Dallas area. Also, you couldnt ask for better parking. Oh, and if you go here... Tip your artists. They deserve it. :)

I was amazed by this place. When I called in to see if there were any wait times for getting my eyebrow pierced, the phone was answered almost automatically, and the guy who I spoke with was clear and concise. Upon arriving to this studio, both my boyfriend and myself were shocked by how professional and clean it looked. While I was filling out the paper work, both of the people behind the counter made pleasant conversation with us both. I was quickly ushered to room toward the back of the shop where I sat on a comfortable bench, and the conversation continued. There was friendly banter, and all around good feelings were had. I would definitely recommend this place. The people are personable, and polite...it almost seems as though youre walking into an old friends house. There are no strangers. I am very pleased. I fully intend to return for more piercings and tattoos in the future.

I went to Ink, Inc. with my wife on Saturday so both of us could get tattoos. We both came in with some reference drawings and an idea of what we wanted. Mike was very patient with our questions and creative with our design ideas. My wife got a tattoo of our three birds on a branch. Mike was able to get some real depth and color in there and it looks fantastic. I got a tattoo of a mechanical Chinese style dragon. Mike took a couple pictures I found on the internet and was able to merge them into what I wanted. I have to go back to get some color in it, but it already looks fantastic. Everyone there was very friendly, and its great to find a place that is nice looking and not in the middle of the bar scene. Im looking forward to going back to get the color and effects in.

Started seeing Hector when he was working at Tiggers in Dallas. He has now moved to Ink, Inc. in McKinney and I followed him there without hesitation. He is a phenomenal artist, and really easy to talk to and makes me very comfortable when Im in the chair. To this day, I have recommended three friends to him, and will continue to do so. I have also gotten my traigus pierced here. It was a while ago, and unfortunately I do not remember the piercers name, but she was very nice and also made me laugh a lot. As far as the rest of the staff, every time Ive been there they have been extremely friendly, professional and helpful, and the shop is always very clean and a pleasure to be in. Thanks for opening such a great shop! You guys are all awesome.

Last time a lot of years ago Mike did one for me a tat over a tat did a great job professional. Friendly and helped me decide how to cover the parts I didnt have an idea about. I highly recommend Him. Yesterday I went and got the tall skinny hot guy. He did a great job. Friendly and professional not much of a talker. Good experience. Only suggestion turn off the stupid Hick TV reality show and turn in something people waiting forever would like to watch like CTV or music or news anythings better than the crap I had to listen to and watch while waiting. The other guy did a good job listening to myself and my friends idea of tats and giving us estimates. He was patient and friendly. Didnt get anyones name. Sorry. Great job!!!!

After doing a little research of piercers in the area, I chose Ink, Inc. for my first piercings. Evan did a great job and was very patient with all of my childish questions, which Im sure he gets day in and day out. The shop is clean and professional, with private rooms for each artist. Tuesdays are buy one, get one piercings, so I took advantage of that opportunity to save some money. I am very happy with the friendly staff and my overall experience. I have a tattoo artist elsewhere, but having looked at the work of the artists at Ink, Inc, and having had a positive experience there, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went in to get my first piercing ever, my navel. The piercer was HORRIBLE. He was rude, didnt say much, made me super uncomfortable AND didnt talk me through any of it. After it was done, it looked wrong to me. It wasnt done right and I knew it! I went to a different tattoo/piercing place and they told me it wasnt even done correctly. The guy at Ink Inc totally didnt even pierce enough skin, he did it on top, above the navel skin and not through the actual navel....it was not good at all. Now I have a horrible awkward scar because the dummy couldnt even do his job right. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!!! THEY SUCK!
