HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!! My husband and I had shopped there for a new home we bought...we purchased several things and spent thousands of dollars. Thinking we bought great quality furniture we would be able to use for years we quickly realized the junk that now resides in our home along with having to deal with the classless owners!! We special ordered an 8x5 table along with 10 chairs at a very pretty penny.......3 tables later we are figuring out that we will never get a table that doesnt end up cracking its entire length. On the first table the owner, Pam, said that she would gladly take the table back and order a new one as well as offered us $100 store credit..... for "our troubles".......which would have been ideal except for the fact she made us transport it back to her stating they do not deliver. We live 4 hours away and had to rent a Uhaul at almost $600. On top of the fact my husband is in the Navy as well as an oil driller in Korea so needless to say he is rarely home and I had to deal with it all myself. In the midst of arranging our next pick-up, and by that I mean half way there we received a phone call stating the new table had also cracked!! Long story short......we finally picked up our 3rd table, hired 4 men to carry it in the house (its very heavy) and a couple of months later came home from vacation to see this one had also cracked.....the worst one yet!! I called the store and was told to email pictures....again, so I did and stated I was not going to deal with this matter once more to please issue me a refund. I was quickly treated as though I had taken a chainsaw to my own table then asked for a refund! I was told that I would get full refund if I hauled it back up there.......sure let me rent a Uhaul again for another $600!! Then I was told I would only get a measly $800 back!!! You people are sad and I wonder how you sleep at night!! I myself am a business owner and would have NEVER handled this situation as so! We own 3 ranches here in central Texas, one being a management game ranch which is always needing furniture of some sort but will NEVER spend money here again!! I would recommend nobody else does either.....you would be better off shopping at Walmart!! At least there you may get someone who has people skills!!

So I love the furniture they have. It sucks the lady owner is nuts. I called because the night stand i picked up after I paid it off on lay away was the wrong one. I had bought the grand hacienda bedroom set and paid it off from layaway about two or three years ago. It took me a while but I love the set. The original order I made a drawer in the dresser seized up and they hassled me about a new one which also seized up. They would t fix the inner railing said it worked fine when it left even though it didnt work first time I opened the drawer but I love the set so I avoid using that one drawer. Still came back to buy more smh. This year I decided to add the extra night stand and chest as a present for my wife for delivering our new child. I came and picked it up and took it home to find out it wasnt the same. It was missing the decorative top piece. I asked my wife to call back and let them know it was the wrong one. The lady owner immediately blasted my wife saying its our fault and kept referencing a ticket she wrote like were supposed to understand what he importance of the ticket meant to her. She called my wife crazy and belligerent then hung up so my wife called back only to have the lady owner again screamed at her, then out her on speaker phone after she made my wife cry so he office could hear. My wife said we spend a lot of money there and the owner had the gall to imply that it was only layaway like our money isnt good enough. Fantastic product... owner makes me sick. Who keeps business going like that? Thank you to the mystery employee who listened to my wife and professionally resolved the issue. Dont know if Ill continue to shop there once the rest of my layaway order is complete. Dont know if my layaway money is appreciated here. Ive spent a few grand here. Paid off stuff. Money is still green either cash straight up or over time on layaway. Have some respect for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. No matter how it gets paid... Jerks

Had an excellent experience! We special ordered (to get the color we wanted, and the size of dining room table we wanted) Living Room, Dining Room, and Bedroom furniture along with accessories for each. All the furniture is made of solid pine. While pine is an inexpensive wood overall, NONE of the items were made from that lousy particleboard or chipboard. We have had the items for a year now, with 4 kids and 3 dogs. It has held up nicely. The table is wonderful and seats 8! Chairs are durable and comfortable - Im 62" and 300#, so when I say "durable," I mean it! From gun case to hutch to entertainment center to king-size bed, it is all great. No trouble with drawers opening or anything like that. I am very impressed with the quality. With regard to customer service, we had an error on our order for the hutch. It was a 3-wide instead of the 4-wide we intended to get. Honestly, I dont know if it was my fault in not being clear, or RFDepots fault for not ordering the right thing... but regardless, we identified the piece as wrong upon its arrival and setup. The delivery team (which was cordial, clean, and efficient) called the company, took the hutch back with them, and a few weeks later delivered the correct one - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SPECIAL ORDER! Pam was polite and even sent us a gift card for the extra wait! I am very impressed with the company, their products, pricing, and their customer service - from sales team to delivery team. I certainly WILL do business here again! If you want polished mahogany furniture to look at and impress others with, you should probably shop elsewhere, but if you want nice, durable, family-friendly furniture to actually USE, this is your best bet... and it wont break the bank to get it!

I have had horrible service from Rustic Furniture Depot. I hate to leave a bad review about something, but I just had to with them. I went into the store so I could furnish my entire house. I never had anybody come offer any help. I had to go up to them to finally make my purchase. While I was explaining what I wanted I had the dullest person help. When you are spending thousands of dollars in a store you really do expect better service. When time came for delivery they told me to give them 3-4 days notice and they would be able to deliver all my stuff. I gave called 8 days before I needed my furniture and they couldnt deliver till the day after I wanted it. I accepted that but then came the day before the delivery and I never received a confirmation so I called them and they had the delivery date set 2 months away. They fixed it but only delivered half of my items. Some of the items they delivered were defective and 2 hours after the 3 hour window they gave me. I had to call them of course to find out when they could get me the rest of the furniture and it wasnt for another 9 days! They didnt offer anything except apologies but really no fixes. Then on that delivery date they showed up an hour past the 3 hour window they gave me. I read the last review about this place and they do have a decent selection but now there are multiple stores in the DFW area that have this style of furniture. I am just giving you my horror story with them. If you decide to shop there I hope you have a better experience.
