Bought a bunk bed from this hole in the wall and completely regret it. All I wanted was assistance in making sure my bed was properly put together. I was talking to the workers who were hispanic. Not a big deal but i felt neither one of us completely understood the other.The communication between them and I was not great so I called the office to which the rookie salesman told me I was racist because i didnt understand the contractor and he didnt understand me. Then the salesman/ manager proceeded to cuss me out. Do not buy from this 3rd rate furniture store. They dont deserve anyones business. I thought it was funny how the manager explained to me what sales people do. The good ones i know and have worked with, are too great at what they do to cuss out one of their customers. Great salesman can use their intelligence to fix a problem not cuss words. The bed has damage to the rails and because of the way they treated me it is very unlikely they will fix it.

This may not have been my first option when looking for a new dining table but it definitely should have been. There is a lot of different styles of furniture in the small space and even if they dont have what you want or if youre not sure of what you want, they will help you figure it out and get it to you quick. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the various brands and qualities available. We ended up ordering a rustic table with chairs and a bench seat for an amazing price. It was available to us within 2 days and the delivery crew was quick, polite, and thorough. The table is just so pretty and very solid. Definitely not that gross cheap stuff you always worry about getting stuck with when buying furniture. We are going to get all our future furniture through this place. tldr; well priced quality furniture? yes! absolutely awesome customer service? yes! overall experience? perfect.

THEY ARE LIARS!!! & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Note:That 1 star is more credit then they deserve I had to mark it to rate. They tell you whatever delivery date they want to tell you just to keep you satisfied. They will sell you something before they know rather or not it is in stock and expect you to be okay with a major delay! The communication between the employees and the owner is crap. They wont give you your money back even though they have not given you your product or can even tell you when your product is coming! The owner will verbally tell you one thing then say he never said it SO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! I will never referr anyone here and also going to do EVERYTHING in my power to spread the word of this BAD business. & to whatever response the owner has your full of crap! Business is business when handled correctly. GOD dont like ugly you will fall in the end.

My father and I got their at exactly the time they open, 10 AM sharp. There was no one there so we waited 5 mins, until an man drove up. We asked him if they were going to be open. A legitimate question seeing that it was Labor day Monday that day. He answered with an arrogant, rude tone and attitude saying "Im here, arent I?!" Not at all a great first impression. When we got into the store, he kept following us around like a puppy dog and made me feel uncountable. I was already upset with the way he greeted us at the beginning. We quickly got out of their and didnt make any purchases, which is u fortunate for them because they would have received a lot of business seeing that I was in need a full funiture sets for 3 rooms. The selection, in all fairness wasnt too bad. I would have definitely bought a few pieces if we were treated with some respect.

****update**** I would like to give an update on my previous rating. I was contacted by Brian and we managed to straighten things out I will say that communication is key and I was partly to blame for not following up due to anger and lack of patience. Needless to say Furniture 4 Less has taken care of me and my warranty claim for my cushions and they did it with a smile and great customer service. I previously failed to mention that Ivan is great I had a pleasant experience with him when I purchased the sectional as well as when he assisted me with getting the warranty claim filed form my cushions. I would recommend Furniture 4 Less as they truly have great prices, good quality furniture and I can now add that they stand behind their products.

Do NOT buy furniture from this company. They got our order wrong (color) and then we had to wait another week for delivery. Recliner received had nails sticking out the wrong way! They wont do anything about it. The quality is very poor. You can get the exact same stuff at Big Lots for less! For what you get, their prices are not "discount"! Kevin, the owner said he would compensate for the mix-up of the order but never did anything. He wont even call back!! If you like getting ripped off then this is the place for you! I would definitely stay clear! Kevin was very nice when we were buying the furniture as all salespeople are but once he had his money we were nothing to him; absolutely no customer service whatsoever!

Great Experience all around 100%!! Went in & worked with Brian & he got me the exact furniture I wanted, exact colors, & BELOW the price range I had set!! There was no hidden fees like most places. The financing options they have are great & the process with Brian was painless and quick! I couldnt be happier with my product, my delivery, & my great customer service. It was refreshing to find a furniture store that was honest and enjoyable to work with (especially after looking at so many stores that were only interested in making the most money off of me). I would definitely recommend this store to anybody looking for an enjoyable experience, good prices, & good quality new furniture

Furniture 4 Less: GREAT! Kyle took his time working with me and making sure I understood the quality in everything I was looking at, and he gave me his honest opinions about all of the merchandise. He followed up with me on my inquiries, and communicated with me often about my purchase. He made himself available 7 days a week to answer my questions, and my shipment arrived exactly as promised. I was pleasantly surprised and I have been telling everyone I know about the service I received. If you want quality furniture, you can go anywhere honestly....but if you want the quality furniture along with quality service and HONESTY, go see Kyle and Kevin and Furniture 4 Less!

My wife and I went on 03/20/17 because we fell in love with a sectional set we saw online. We wanted to see it to make sure the size was ok before we ordered it. I asked the guy that was there (looked like he hated to be there) and said he didnt have it, I then asked him if he had something similar and he said no, never even looking at us or the image I had on my phone. We were just ignored while walking the store. It was the worst feeling of been ignored when we really wanted to buy the set, guy was not helpful at all, I wish someone else was there to assist us since we really wanted the set. We will be looking at a different place where they appreciate walk-ins better.
