We were looking to purchase different sets of furniture for our home and came across this site. We had visited many furniture stores over time and hadnt found anything that would meet our needs and budget. First when we came across this website, we werent so sure so we visited them at their physical address, which is a very small place. However their customer service was great and we were able to order from their catalogs (with their different vendors). Their prices are highly competitive and delivery was so prompt and quick! We received all our furniture within 3 days after we placed the order. Exceptional turn around time for delivery. Everything turned up as we expected (no damaged furniture, etc). We did experience some slight issues with 2 pieces of furniture, which was not due to the furniture but because of the delivery guys who set it up. We reported this to Lucy Furniture and the owners themselves (husband & wife) came out to our place in a couple of days over a weekend to take a look at the issues and helped fix them. Overall, I would highly recommend Lucy Furniture to anyone looking to buy great furniture with competitive pricing and reliable, great customer service.

Great selection, price and customer service. I ordered all furniture for my multi-bedroom house from Lucys, and the service was fantastic! The price and quality is great, and they assemble everything! Great family business. The furniture came and everyone comments how amazing my house looks.
