My wife and I spent about $1200.00 for the worst customer service ever. We had ordered a product and asked if it could be held until we were ready to pick it up. When it came time to pick up the product, we were told that it would have to come over from the warehouse. It took three phone calls to get the product "from the warehouse". When we were told that the product was ready, I let them know that I would come by the following week to pick it up. Upon arriving to pickup the product, it became VERY apparent that the "demo" that had been in the store the entire time was the one that we were going to get. I voiced my displeasure and was told that it had been "refurbished". Another employee told us that it was the demo, because that it what we bought. The product is a very large outdoor umbrella. It was also suppose to come with the mount that attaches the umbrella to the base, but they didnt have any of those or the hardware. It was also suppose to come with a "matching" cover. I had to load this very large umbrella into my truck alone, (because all of the employees walked away) in the wind. I still dont have the hardware to connect the umbrella to the base or the matching cover...or any cover at all, since it seems to be missing too.

I recently shopped for a special gift for my wife for Mothers Day. I found it in an outdoor cabinet built out of old sunken boats. Unfortunately I was a last minute shopper and needed it delivered on Sat at a specific time when I knew that my wife would not be home. As expected, all delivery options had been taken. Thats where Doug Peyton stepped up and went beyond the extra mile and personally delivered it in his own truck as a special favor to me for Mothers day. Needless to say my wife was very surprised and thrilled to find it waiting for her on the patio when she got home. This was service way above and beyond for a special situation only and Doug made it happen. Thanks for making such an effort Doug---my wife and I are very appreciative!!!!

I have purchase numerous patio furniture items, fireplace logs and screens, pillows, cushions, and decor items from Sherry and her great staff, including Margaret and Patrick. They are excellent to work with. They are always friendly, helpful, not pushy and brighten my day when I walk into the store. The quality of everything they stock is first class and they stand behind their products. I cannot say enough good about the staff at this store.

It was a challenge but Charles came through and found everything we needed. My husband and I was impressed on how well he knew the product line. I gave this place five stars because of the high quality of merchandise and the friendly service we received, but this is a very expensive place to shop for patio furniture, chairs was high as $900 a piece, way more than I want to spend for outdoor furniture.
