Store is amazing,Im a very desiring artist in terms of finding things I need for my next art project,hobby lobby has a HUGE selection of things you can use to make art of.For such a large store I would expect more associates available be be around,as whenever I need help I usually have to hunt them down for about 5 mins before I find someone.BEWARE EVERYONE: BE CARFEUL WITH THE HIGH PRICED ITEMS,MOST OF THE TIME THEN ARE 40 PERCENT OR CHEAPER ONLINE. I believe this is a price scam they use to convince people to buy their higher priced items,AMAZON usually has many of their items at lower prices even when buying at hobby lobby with their 40% coupon.Another person on here said they always talk about the coupons and offers they have.When? I have never had an associate say they had a coupon unless I asked for it,I do get they lose money if they always give it out but I mean like come one,they could at least suggest the coupon when shopping,so they will get more sales.In all,hobby lobby is great,but the place needs a fix up.And the associates need to check out more than just stand around watching only one or two people ring out customers when they CLEARLY HAVE 6 REGISTERS.

I wished that people in customer service would realize that not all shoppers knew their store, its products, WHERE they are lovated, and not assume if the type they needed for their project was the type they pointed them to. I swear, dont point me to a section thats 4 aisles down & look exasperated because I asked you to stop for me. One trip, 3 different reps! Looks like a company wide customer service issue to me! I hate big stores. They overwhelm me. But, I must shop there to get what I need. In this case, I wanted to make a memorial road side cross for my friend. I didnt know there were so many types of lettering for various projects. I wouldnt have either had I not had to go to the bathroom & saw different lettering! The overload was just too much. I hope you are happy knowing I left very frustrated!

Came in this morning and the people up front seemed very nice. Reason for the 3 star rating is I came back in the afternoon and saw a lady with her vest on and said "excuse me miss" about 5 times to which she completely ignored me and proceeded to take off her vest quickly. Her coworker that was standing in the distance then yelled to me that she was already clocked out. I asked if there was anyone that could help me and she got on the intercom and paged for a code one in crafts. Ive been standing waiting for 5 minutes. A guy walked by and I asked if he was here to help me for the code one. He said no, but I can be. Biggest complaint, dont ignore a customer even if youre off the clock. Tell me you are off the clock and make sure someone can help.

Its Hobby Lobby!!! The go to place for all crafting, party, baking, framing, artistic, floral, sewing holiday decorating, etc. needs. They even have furniture and home decor. Each week they have rotating 50% off sales, check out their website ahead of time or else grab a flyer at the front door to see what departments are on see that week. And EVERY TIME you plan to go, dont forget about the 40% off of one item coupon (it can be found on their website). I usually download it right before checkout and they scan it off my phone at the register. You can also screenshot it or print it out ahead of time.

The other day my mother in law bought two pieces of fabric from this store. Unfortunately, the clerk only rang up one of them and neglected to charge her for the second. My mother in law wanted to do the right thing, so she sent me with a check to pay for the fabric. They looked at me as if I was a criminal and looked at the check as if it were a cockroach. They refused to accept payment! Unbelievably rude! Being a manager myself, I understand about polices, but managers should have the ability and common sense to do what is right. I will never return to this location!

What a great place to shop! Although they are often so busy, its hard to find help, when you do find somebody, they really take the time to show you where to find your items. Plus, whenever you have a project you are not sure of how to accomplish, they really put forth the effort to help or find somebody that knows how to explain how to do it. Much better than JoAnns fabrics customer service. Where you can never find anybody to help unless you take a number!!!

They are not upfront about their prices!! They trick you into thinking things are on sale when in fact they are not! Example...If an isle has eight 50% off paper craft signs up & down both sides ...it does mean all the paper crafts are on sale but clearly the only thing on the isle is PAPER CRAFTS!!! They are rude when you question their signs and point out the obvious deceit. Something you dont expect from a store that is supposedly christian based!

Hobby Lobby = Horrible Customer Service It seems like every time I come here I see at least 4 to 5 associates in front of the store, however no matter how long the line gets they never get on a register to assist guest. The associates arent friendly and act as if youre hendering them from doing their job if you need help "News Flash" without customers you wouldnt have a job... whatever happened to Customer Service.

Great products but offensive staff. Security was called because I was studying the different acrylic paints. Im returning to painting after 30 years of not painting. The staff thought I looked "suspicious". I spend at least $100.00 - $200.00 every month on my craft projects. Being followed around like a thief was very offensive.

Employees always are helpful. They keep a clean store and bathrooms. Even if they are stocking at the moment they always stop to make sure other customers are getting helped if needed. Love how each person Ive asked about things in certain departments know what Im looking for and know if they have it and where.

Great selection of affordable decorations and craft items, though Im not a huge fan of the "everything is always 50% off" scheme. Just be upfront about the prices and stop blaring clearance signs in our faces.

For a hobby lobby its nice. I dont think anybody ever goes into one expecting to buy stuff thats not at least a little broken. So set the expectations right and you wont be disappointed.

Great prices (although Im not a big fan of the "mark it up so we can mark it down" mentality). I used one of their mirrors to create a light fixture for my Living Room -- see pic below

What theyve done to improve the aisles by adding taller areas with more stock above the normal shelves. More options is always better in my opinion and thats what theyve given.
