TERRIBLE!!! I have been a frequent shopper here... At first it was amazing!! Incredible pricing and decent store hours. In the process of the owner changing employees (there was always someome new when I went) they started to lack any kind of decent customer service. Several times the person that was there refused to give me sales prices on clearly marked sales items. Several times they have closed earlier than indicated on their door- once by over 1.5 hours. Today I arrived at the store to find a sign at 11:45 am that said be back soon on it. They opened at 10. When the girl finally arrived I found that the amethyst beads that I drive an hour to get were dyed glass! The quality in service and in product has diminished severely. I will not be returning again.
