I have been a customer since they moved to this location. This place is great for healthy, organic, and natural products at an affordable price! Also, they will order a products for you if it isnt available in store or as a specialty product. However, customer service has declined. My last few experiences with staff members have not been pleasing. Today, I greeted one of the older gentlemen that work there and he thought so little of himself he didnt even turn his head to make eye contact with me to reply. He has become very rude and disgruntled. Also, Ive noticed only select customers are greeted and assisted with a smile. This has made my shopping experience slightly uncomfortable. I used to recommend all of my clients and family to the Granary, but I can no longer say with confidence their business will be welcomed wholeheartedly. Its heartbreaking to watch the decline of what used to be an amazing experience for my family and clients. I hope to see improvement in customer service in the future, or at the minimum a smile. I have faith in the Granary because they are trying to do the right thing for the community/people/ public in an industry that can be very challenging with all the major grocery store chains. In the end, I am VERY grateful for the Granary. I digress.

I love this tiny store. Prices are the lowest anywhere around. The employees are great folks and very knowledgeable. Theyll try to get an item, if its not something they have on the shelves. :-)
