I had horrible customer service today from this location. Zack who was working the drive thru was extremely rude and unpleasant. He stated that he did not have change when I handed him my cash and I thought that was strange for such a busy business and then told me that since I couldnt pay for my coffee I couldnt have it. Wait, I can pay for it...you dont have change?!?! I came here every morning M-S daily! He then called a manager over who practically shoved my drink out the window and told me to just have a nice day when I was explaining to her the details. WOW!! I just moved to this area and I had such a great Starbucks where I used to live. They need to train their staff and managers better! I just cant believe I was treated this way!

The barista at the drive through was so nice and my order was received promptly. My creme brulee latte was simply AMAZING! I also ordered the double bacon, nice and crispy and the bread was perfectly flaky. I got my 2 girls (2 1/2 and 5) the bacon gouda sandwich and they gobbled them up pretty quickly. All in all, I will most assuredly be returning!

I am very disappointed with this starbucks. I moved here a couple months ago, and most of the times I have gone in I wait for EVER for a cup of water or my regular pike coffee which does not have to be prepared. It almost seems as they never give my order to the barista. Their employees either need to be faster or they need more staff at one time.

Despite the wait times, which are usually long during the morning rush, the baristas here will always be doing their best to get you a quality product in a timely manner, all with a smile on their face and a genuine interest in their customers.

As far as Starbucks goes, this was a typical experience. The girl who took my order was pleasant and funny. The place is clean and, of course, smells amazing. Bathrooms are clean. A nice place to sit and relax.

Its a good Starbucks. They keep it clean and have the usual Starbucks menu. Only reason for the four star rank is they take a bit longer than other store locations when the drive thru gets busy.

Drive-thru barista was very sweet and kind. She got our order correct and we didnt have to repeat our, admittedly, complicated drinks! Our 2 drinks came out quickly and accurate, too.
