This review is based on customer service, not the quality of tattoos. I scheduled an appointment and was ready to get my daughters first tattoo. When it was set for the wrong day, and time. After much confusion, I didnt feel like they were very apologetic about the mishap. They did refunded my deposit but offered nothing more than, "oh well if you ever want to come back and do something we can." Not a warm and fuzzy feeling about them. Again this is not about the work. They were highly recommend and the work is beautiful. But unfortunately I will never return. First impressions are big with me and I didnt get a good vibe from them at all.

Talent galore. My wife and I have been going here for a few years, seeing Tony, Steve, and Katja. I had a walk in from Bobby once as well. Their team is really strong. You can get an amazing work of art from anyone on the roster. Your best option, as always, is check their books and their instagrams in advance, then leave a deposit for an appointment. Their non-tattoing staff is also really friendly and helpful. I went in, dressed about as straight as I get fresh from meetings at work, and was helped with making an appointment straight away. Love this place, and I send all my amigos there.

Went with a group of 4 to get our tattoos and we had Tyler Densley. He was incredible approachable and professional. I could not recommend this place enough, especially for nervous first timers. They are very intentional about the experience for their patrons and the rates were extremely affordable for the great quality. Go here. Definitely go here.

Okay, you guys. Seriously the easiest tattoo-getting experience ever. I just walked in shortly after lunchtime on a Tuesday, and showed them what I wanted on my phone. Jay scanned it, put it on transfer paper, and went to it. Professional without being staunch. Very polite. Very helpful. Good prices. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is awesome. A friend recommended it and I decided to see if they took walk-ins, and within 30 minutes or so I was sitting down to get started. The artists were all friendly and willing to answer questions, and the tattoo came out great. cant go wrong.
