Im not big on tattoos and peircings. I only have two peircings and no tattoos. But, I decided to get my nose peirced when I traveled to India. The stud looked great and everything. They put a "J" hook which then afterward, a towel pulled the hook into my hoel peircing. It was VERY VERY VERY painful, and I coulsnt get the stud out of my nose. I cried trying to take it out. After going to the mall and being recommended to Platinum Ink, I decided to give it a try. The people there helped me as soon as i went through the door. The guy who helped me pulled out the stud with no pain! It was a miracle. He didnt charge us anything, but I tiped him anyway and he recommended some cleaning solution too. The people very very openminded with everything and helped me out even though they didnt have to. This place is great!

You really cant beat the Sunday pricing! Ive gotten 4 piercings at Platinum Ink (1 nose, 2 ear lobes, 1 cartilage) and I am definitely going to keep coming back for more. Troy is really great at being fast and efficient without lowering the quality of the experience. While some places make it feel like theyre rushing you just to get to the next customer, Troy struck up some light-hearted conversation during the process and moved at a slow but steady pace. If you get there right when they open at 12pm theres barely any wait time and you come out with your new piercing in under 5-10 minutes! Ive still got a couple more piercings to go so theyll absolutely be seeing me again soon. Parking is pretty tricky if you miss opening by even 8 minutes so be prepared to drive around for some parking

Went there this past weekend, and got there kinda late. Baker did my tat, and it was amazing. I figured it would all be rushed due to the time, but he took the time and it came out awesome. He paid alot of attention to the details, and it looked better than i ever imagined it would. The staff was really friendly, the price was very reasonable, and they really made me feel comfortable. Also, that was the cleanest and nicest shop I have ever been in. They have seperate rooms that you go into to get tats, so you dont have people standing over you like you would in the open. The artist pays alot of attention to you and your needs, and all of them are very expierenced and professional in all that they do. I am planning on going back again soon and I cant wait.

I used to get my tattoos at another tattoo shop close to Platinum ink but decided to try someone new after they jacked up one of my pieces. I went to get a simple tattoo from James at Platinum. After he did such a good job, I decided to ask him to design and fix the tattoo that had turned out terribly from the other shop and after many hours of chair time and extremely thorough work, we finished the piece last night and I am so impressed. The cost was way lower than anywhere else and he was able to turn my least favorite tattoo into my favorite. He will be my regular artist from now on. Plus, everyone there is super chill, professional, and just plain bada**. The shop is also amazingly clean. Couldnt recommend this place enough!

I definitely recommend this shop! Everyone was very nice, it was very clean and I like that they have separate rooms so you are not sitting out in the open. I went to another shop a couple of weeks ago to get two words tattooed on my wrist and they wouldn’t do it because they said it was too small and then made me feel like an idiot for wanting it in the first place. James at Platinum was able to squeeze me in and then didn’t even rush me. He did mention he was concerned about the size being on the smaller side but said he would play with it and see what he could do. James not only was super cool about it but the tattoo came out exactly like I wanted. Clean, clear, and dainty! I would definitely go back to this location!

Bad experience with this place. I got my belly button pierced, and after 2 weeks it started getting red and what I thought was puss would ooz out with swelling so much that the piercing was sinking into my skin, and I thought it was infected. I was going to call Platinum Ink, but they were closed on Mondays, so instead I called another place for advice. They recommended me to come in so they can have a look at it. Turned out it wasnt infected, just that Platinum Ink gave me a small piercing for a large amount of skin, causing the ring to sink in and have body fluids ooz out. ZERO STARS.

Really nice place! Everyone was nice and professional. Went there for my first time today, and it looked like they were pretty busy for being a Sunday; I gets its because of the awesome prices they have. But I didnt have to wait long at all. As I was waiting though, I could see all the workers were doing their best to help the other customers which was awesome. I got 3 piercings, and Im so pleased with them. I feel bad because I forgot the guys name who helped me, but he was great! Will definitely be going back and recommending this place to all my friends.

I had to remove all my piercings for an MRI last week. All my piercings unscrewed and came out fine EXCEPT for the one I got a Platinum Ink, my tragus. The metal they used was very low grade. Surgical grade steel is not affected in an MRI machine, but with my tragus, even though they taped down the piercing, I could feel it magnetizing to the machine. I am very upset about this, especially because of how painful the MRI was for me. My doctor says that I will have to get this cut off with the medical equivalent of a bolt cutter. BEWARE!

I went to Platinum Ink with my friend for a piercing and a tattoo. They took care of us immediately, setting up appointments and getting together my drawing, and they were ALL very nice. When I started feeling kind of ill from low blood pressure, they rescheduled my appointment without a problem. Chaos (I think..) even gave me a lollipop! The next day they were just as nice, and Alixs tattoo looks badass on me. PLUS the waiting area is comfortable, and the rooms we got tattooed/pierced in were extra clean.

It was fantastic! Id recommend going on any day except for Sundays-sure the piercings are cheaper, but they are super busy! We went on a Saturday and was out in less than an hour. Darren especially was super helpful and kind. He walked us through step by step on what he was going to do, told us when to take a deep breath, and genuinely talked to us. He even offered us water or something when my sister needed it. Fantastic place, wouldnt even consider going somewhere else for a piercing.

Amazing people, but unfortunately the piercing job didnt end up so great--the jewelry I got put in when I got pierced is apparently all cross-threaded, so the balls keep popping off as Im drying my ear off after a saline soak, and apparently 3 of the 6 piercings I got are crooked and will need to be re-pierced to straighten them out once everything has healed. Really nice people and what looked like a well-run shop, but I had the bad luck of just about everything going wrong after
