This place is terrible. I went to get words added next to my cross tattoo I already had. While I was there decided to get the cross re-colored. It was 15 years old and was really in good shape just wanted the colors brightened, in retrospect it was an awful idea bc it looked good before but I wanted to make sure it matched the shade of the new words I was putting around it. It now looks AWFUL. Now it has spots wear my skin shows through, like there is no f-ing ink there. Plus where there STILL is any color its waaaaaay duller than it EVER was before. So I went to get it brighter and its somehow ended up waaaaaay duller than it was before she ever touched it. It WAS 15 yrs old but youd have never known, NOW it looks 50 years old youd never know it was re-done a week ago. Now I have a disaster on my arm where I had a beautiful tattoo before. Cant even go back and force them to fix it bc I was on vacation and am on my way home 800 miles away. So have to go home and fork out MORE money to fix a tattoo that wasnt screwed until they touched it. Dont know the name of the "artist" but she was a white girl in her 20s. She was also rude as sh**. Run from this place. The other guy (young Hispanic guy) there was at least friendly gave my son a cupcake while he waited for the girl to destroy my arm. So if you need a good cupcake this is your place...need a tattoo run to somewhere else.

Worst service ever!!! ppl there is so rude they cannot even answer a simple good morning, the owner a skinny short guy promised something and while the work were in progress he changes his mind, for example he said that Ill be getting my tattoo done for 500 and after 3 hours passed he just stopped and said that if I wanted finish I had to pay another 300!!! while he was working I asked simple questions and he made me feel like my questions were stupid, not everybody works in the tattoo area jackas!!! the other "artist" are playing games so loud and talking between them like superior ppl, at the end my tattoo wasnt what I paid for and I let him know and he did nothing, not even offer to fix it, now I spent another 400 dollars just to fix a bad tattoo, I wasnt happy at all, now all McAllen area knows what kind of "service" is giving there!!!

HORRIBLE. THIS WOULD BE MY 6TH WHITE TATTOO... I KNOW THERE ARE RISKS WITH WHITE, BUT 5 HAVR BEEN FANTASTIC. UNFORTUNATELY, MY TATTOO ARTIST HAD TO CLOSE DOWN. LAURA WAS RECOMMENDED... SHE WAS THE RUDEST!! AND WHAT MY TATTOO ARTIST SAID IS THAT NO ONE THAT KNOWS USES PURPLE OR BLUE STENCIL TO DO A WHITE TAT. I WILL PROBABLY BLEND. AND OF COURSE. 6 WEEKS AFTER ALL I HAVE IS A HORRIBLE SCAR LOOKALIKE THING ON MY BODY. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO THERE AND NEVER NEVER LET YOUR SELF BE TATTOED BY LAURA.

Bad piercing practices. Piercing people with mystery metal, externally threaded jewelry, coated jewelry, bad placing. Example: hip piercings that shouldve been pierced with a surface bar or dermal anchors were instead pierced with that flexible material. Asking to be rejected. Guys, invest in some Anatometal, Industrial Strength, NeoMetal, Gorilla Glass, Glasswear Studios...I could go on and on. Public: go get pierced elsewhere. The valley sucks for this type of stuff.

Quality above average. Excellent lines and steady hand with no scar. Decent shading. Colors excellent. Very knowledgable artists. Clean place and tools. Downside is the customer service. It is very obvious this is not their suit. You WILL feel ignored, uncomfortable, awkward, and as if you are in their way wasting their time. But you go for a tattoo, so if you have tough skin (figuratively speaking), I recommend this place.

This place lacks customer service and a good ambience. Person in front not very helpful and some of the thin lines on the artwork appear a little shaky. If you had the opportunity to get a better tattoo somewhere else do not hesitate to get it there. Overall it looks a little clean but I would try to dish out some extra money to get a tattoo somewhere else.

The shop was clean. The artist, Laura, was very accommodating, patient and creative. She made awesome suggestions for my tattoo. She did a great job actually. Those who put 1-2 stars, I dont know why they gave only those but for me it was 5 and a half! Will recommend the shop to friends and I plan to have my future tattoos done there! Thanks Octopus Ink!

The Piercer was terrible... He was having trouble lining up my nose piercings , when i pointed it out to him, he rudely said "lets just put it this way, not everyones nose is symmetrical" Really??! Terrible customer service, and a terrible piercing, came out very crooked. Dont recommend getting piercings there. He doesnt know what he is doing.

Have done my research and got my tattoo done with Carlos. Straightforward and blunt, but this guy knows what hes doing. Tattoo came out badass and detailed. Dont care about attitude all I care about is the outcome. U pay for what u get, and can say that this is the place to go if u want good quality work.

Great people. Never been disrespected or been rude towards. Im thinking those other folks were rude or disrespectful first and I know Carlos doesnt play that stuff and wont tolerate it. I dont blame them if they were rude back to a crappy customer. The customer is not always right.
