Not once have I ever been disappointed by White Buffalos superb customer service :) Id also really like to commend and recommend my wonderful tattoo artist Justin Cantu. So far Ive had three pieces done by him, one retouch (this really livened up a prior tattoo that wasnt done by him), and a nose piercing as well. I, and many others, absolutely love all of the work he has done on me. His line work is extremely precise, his shading is very well done, and he pays great attention to detail. He also offers great tattoo advice for design, placement, and any needed adjustments. All in all, hes really great and never fails to exceed my expectations. Hes definitely the artist for me and hes completely gained my utmost admiration for his work and will continue to as I get more pieces done by him. Ask for Justin and I can guarantee that you wont be disappointed! :)

So I got my ankle tattoo done there because I heard good things from this shop. The only beef I have was that they overcharged me on my tat. Ranging from 40-150 bucks they told me it was $140 but then when I signed the waiver it was marked $150 so yeah. Even then, I know it should just cost about $80 from other places. I couldnt even argue but I was tired and I wanted it out of the way so I guess. I did like the outcome although the beads on my tat were.not perfectly round and the artist almost forgot to fill in some of the beads. Def, research first who has the most skills before settling on just anybody before getting your inks done. Thats just my advice.

I went there to get my first tattoo in 2008 and 3 piercings and I have received nothing but good compliments..in 2012 I returned to get my lip pierced and billy was nothing but friendly answered all my questions I had including "is it going to hurt" made me feel comfortable and gave me all the info I needed to care for my piercing. recently I returned to get several tattoos by Justin and have received great compliments! if you want great quality work I recommend going to white buffalo tattoo shop.

Not friendly service. I got my belly button piercing done there today, and from the moment I started talking to the workers, I felt a very cold attitude from them. I didnt feel like I was treated like a courteous customer at all, and even though the actual piercing went by fast, the guy piercing me didnt elaborate on how to take care of it at all. It would be by first and last time ever going to this place.

Pretty good experience, I got my first tattoo there, only thing is that the guys could be a tad bit nicer. When its your first tattoo you expect to be comfortable etc, and idk in my experience they couldve done better. But good price and pretty good work, also healed very nicely which means they know how to handle the needle :D

Awesome experience everytime Im there, and I go often. Staff is always friendly, and helpful. Very talented artist all three of them. My go to guy is Justin, honestly can knock it out, and give you above and beyond results with whatever design you go with. Highly recommend the shop to whoever is looking to get great tattoos.

Yall shouldnt say you guys are open on sundays from 12:00pm - 12:00am i went at around 3 and it was closed and there was people outside waiting , The people said they had called earlier and you all said you guys were there when in reality you all werent . i really wanted to get my nose pierced and now i have to wait !

I got my nose piercing about 4 months ago and they were so nice to me. I was very nervous to get stabbed in the nose but they literally took 5 secs and it was done. Too bad I ripped it out of my nose while I was asleep. Going back to get it re-pierced in a couple of months!

Staff is extremely friendly and attentive.i recommend justin.i have been tattood 7 times by him and his artistic abilility and passion for his work trully show throughout all my pieces.he has never been less than accommadating.hands down best tatto shop in the valley.

Customer service is alright. BUT ...my belly piercing came out crooked and one of my other piercing I got there never healed because it was also done wrong . never going back. Cheap service will get u a cheap job .

Pretty pricey 4x4 ranges to $110 the tattooist are amazing although one guy was really rude but everyone else was really nice and my tattoo healed very well I would go back again
