Telephone callers get much more attention than in-store customers ready to check out at this auto parts store. As I walked up to the counter to check out with my one item, the clerk said, "Just a minute please," and answered the phone. He had a 3-4 minute conversation with that caller. He then immediately answered the phone after that conversation and spent time helping the second caller (I was still waiting right at the counter to check out). When he finished with the second caller, he answered a third callers phone call. I put the item I had intended to buy on the counter and said, "I guess you dont want my business." As I walked out of the store, there was no attempt to apologize or call me back. I bought the item from another auto parts dealer where I was treated courteously. Because the clerk said, "Just a minute please," I would have been willing to wait through one phone conversation even though I expected him to say to the first caller, "Ill be with you in a minute," and check me out before continuing the conversation. But THREE conversations?? No way. Basic Retail 101: People in the store have priority over phone callers.

Terrible customer service. Just called in to check on a part, guy named Trey answered and was trying to argue with me for no reason. I asked if they had it available and if he could check he without hesitation said "No, we dont have that at all." It was a rear isolator for a mustang I didnt even give him the year or any other info. Continued to argue with me about semantics and how he answered the question. Just a bad attitude. Youre here to help and check and offer to at least order the part. One of my best friends is a regional manager for Napa and after this I dont think Ill ever buy from them again.

I had the attachment bolt / bushings for a Monroe gas shock fall off. Monroe has the attachment parts kit available for less than $2.00, but it must be ordered through one of their dealers. Monroe recommends NAPA. This particular NAPA location told me that it was impossible for me to order the part, and he offered no help in pointing me somewhere I could go for help. Not customer friendly or helpful in any way. I got better service at OReilly.

When I went in there to buy a brake light, the man at the counter went outside to inspect my car, went to go get the bulb and then returned to install it. Nice people. Only complaint is that their system seems overly complicated. I went in there to buy a simple jug of coolant and it seemed like the guy in the counter was punching in unnecessary amounts of data into the keyboard.

I tend to shop at this NAPA location more than the others. Nothing specifically stands out at this location versus the others, but thats a good thing. Ive never had a problem with NAPA. They always tend to have the more rare parts I need for my 2000 WS6 in stock. Auto Zone and Advance Auto never do. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. No complaints from me.
