This afternoon I called for a part for my car. They had the part in stock, and said that it would be at the counter when I came in. I let the clerk know I was on my way and would be there in 30 minutes. I arrived at the store literally 2 minutes before they were scheduled to close at 7pm (per my phone clock). The lights were out, but the two employees were still in side. They came outside to leave - and I asked them if I could buy the part. He replied "No, we are closed, our computer is down". This is a 10.00 part - so I offered to leave 20.00 and they could ring it up in the morning. As he walked away he said "Come back tomorrow". Poor customer service .... This is not how you treat regular customers.

Paint is well overpriced. Selection of House of Kolor is priced 2-3 times more if you ordered it online. Also, the House of Kolor is old and most are dried out. I know house of Kolor is custom paint and they need to pay the bills, but dont mark up the paint 2-3 times more and sell old stock. Also I waited in line for 20 minutes with 4 people running the counter. Oh yeah, there was only 3 people in the store. I will stick to ordering online.

Counter guys are rude. They dont seem to care if they have your business, or not. Go elsewhere.
