My 2015 Mazda CX-5 car battery was testing weak so I called around to various auto part stores to get prices and warranty info. When I called this Auto Zone location, I was assisted by Antonio who was very helpful with information and pricing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with addressing all my questions. Auto Zone had the best prices and warranty with Duralast Gold Battery for $139.99 with a 5 year warranty (3 yrs full, 2 yrs prorated). Other stores had less expensive prices but poor warranty. This was the best deal! I went in to the store the following day during my lunch hour to pick up the battery. I was immediately greeted by the Assistant Manager (believe his name is Timothy) who was quick to assist me and get the battery I needed. I asked if the battery was easy to replace and he said yes then offered to replace it for me at no cost. I paid for the battery and then we went outside. As he replaced the battery he was helpful by explaining what he was doing it and why. He was done in under 10 minutes. From my first phone call for pricing to leaving the store with my new battery installed... overall it was excellent customer service! I will definitely frequent this location again and recommend others to as well. Thank you for your help!

HATE AUTOZONE - WORKED FOR THEM....I AM A VERY DISGRUNTLED EX-EMPLOYEE. Very Disenchanted, very disillusioned, with Autozones business/ employer practices......I urge you to investigate Autozones practices for yourself, thoroughly, talk with employees ...ask THEM about their experience with this employer. This company is a classic example of well organized corporate "GREED" . NO ONE IS THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD EVER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY IF THEY KNEW THE TRUTH. THERE IS A LOT ,TO MUCH, OF THIS GOING ON RIGHT NOW IN OUR COUNTRY. THIS MUST STOP ! DO YOUR HOMEWORK! SORRY.....SO YOU WILL ALSO KNOW AND BE INFORMED!!!!!! BE INFORMED!!!!

Listen, if a place is busy, dont expect people to drop everything for you because YOU walk in. Youre not as special as any other customer SO SIMMER DOWN! Yes, I had to wait two minutes because everyone was busy WORKING. They werent standing there doing nothing. When a rep became available, I said, "My main reqd light is on" and he knew exactly why I was there. This Auto Zoner was the nicest! In fact, waiting, I heard how they were talking to the customers and they were all friendly and relating to the customers. It was a very well ran production! FIVE STARS for these folks!

I have always liked this location. Never have I had a problem, the staff is very friendly and very active in helping the guests, my only concern is that some of the gentlemen helping dont always know what they are doing but proceed to help out. Unfortunately I had a problem with my car due to them trying to help me change a light bulb. Somehow my car ended up back in the dealership to get fixed. Just make sure before they touch your car they have knowledge of your vehicle.

If you want to stand in line for 30-50 minutes only to pay for disappointment, this is the place for you . OReillys is better. Advance is better. EVERYWHERE is better. (Advance is literally right behind this place) and you should go there because why wait 30 minutes in line when you can go next door and get the same stuff in less than 5 minutes? It just seems like the logical thing to do since the management is too incompetent to have an adequately staffed establishment.

My 4-yr old battery had started hesitating trying to start my motor. Molly checked it out in the hot sun. The battery was starting to fail. A rescue later on would have cost me up to $75. Molly cleaned the connections, installed a new battery, and put two felt disks and jelly on the terminals. She then checked the starter and alternator -- both were fine. If this battery lasts 4 years, it will turn out to be under $35 per year (10 cents a day?). I recommend them.

This is a great branch of Autozone! The staff is very friendly and are extremely helpful. One staff member, Humberto, installed a new headlight into my old car quickly and perfectly. He took the time to make sure the light match my current bulb and was eager to install. When I tried to tip him for the help he refused the money and just asked that I share my pleasant experience. This is a great location of Autozone and I highly recommend it!

Auto Zone really needs revamp. I just came in to buy some radiator Stop Leak, simple task but they have 3 cashiers that are assisting those with rather complicated issues while a line of people ready to pay for their items and leave. I like Auto Zone with their knowledgeable staff but something needs to be done to create an express checkout.

I had an engine oil warning on my bimmer which frustrated me. I had the sales person Mr. Jason H. He was very friendly and not only gave recommendations for affordable options to repair the problem. I would highly recommend comment anyone with a bimmer to visit this autozone and talk to Mr. Jason H

Do not EVER trust them with charging your battery. They will lose it, FORCING you to buy a new battery. Their customer service after the fact will be extremely poor as well, still waiting for a simple reply from them (its been 4 days now).

This AutoZone is large and serves as the warehouse for Austin, so they are most likely going to have your parts. Excellent service. Gets a bit busy at times, but the staff handle it well.
